So, for $20, we are offering 2-slices of Pizza, 2-6oz samples of beer and a commemorative glass stein with the 2016 logo. If you don’t like beer, we will also be offering local root beer and wines as well.

Other Happenings AUCTION & RAFFLE Auction & Raffle Chair: Ann Mayberry-Welch at [email protected] Ann will be collecting items for the annual auction and raffle. We will be auctioning items to raise funds for AMCA and AMAL. Dig out your unused white elephants, buy/donate something useful, collectable, or create a clever basket of goodies (along or with friends.) Auction items may also include services; any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. Items that do not work well for the auction are still very much appreciated and will likely be used as raffle items. Send your items to Rob or Shelly at 15355 Buckland Ct. Elbert, CO 80106. If you would like to make a monetary donation that can be used by the committee to make a purchase of an item(s) in your name, you can make a donation here.

CHALLENGE BASKETS Challenge baskets have become a large part of raising funds to support our Regional & National specialty events. Anyone can prepare a basket; these baskets can be from the AMCA AREAS including AT LARGE, Affiliate Clubs, individuals or even groups of members wishing to participate with their contributions – SO BE CREATIVE!!! The baskets should be handed in as soon as you arrive at the event – be sure to give credit to all contributors. So please come up with some ideas to showcase where they came from and/or a special theme. If you wish to contribute and will not be attending, contact your area coordinator for the best way to ensure your contribution is included. Area Coordinators will be announced and will communicate with the members in their areas. Typically the baskets are offered in a SILENT AUCTION, however, if a designated dollar value is not reached they will be offered in the REGULAR AUCTION.
