1) Determine best location for wall mounted evaporating unit

cation with a pencil. 3) Remove the mounting bracket from the back of the evaporator unit using a Phillips head screwdriver. 4) Position the mounting bracket on the wall that you just marked the studs and move the bracket until the holes on the bracket align with the studs. 5) Place a level at the bottom of the bracket to ensure that the bracket is level. 6) Secure the bracket to the wall using the 2” wood screws. 7) As you are facing the wall where the bracket is mounted, using a 2-¾” hole saw, cut a hole just the right lower corner of the bracket. This is where the refrigerant lines, electrical wire, and drain line will pass through the wall. Drill this hole on a slight downward angle to ensure proper drainage of the indoor unit. 8) Remove debris from inside of the hole. 9) In order to align the hole to the outside, drill through the exterior wall from the inside. Center the drill bit in the hole as this will give you a more accurate hole placement on the outside. Visibly note where the hole should be cut on the outside by the drill. Center the hole saw around the mark and drill through the exterior of the structure. 10) You are now ready to install the indoor unit. With assistance, uncoil the refrigerant lines so that they are at a 90 degree angle from the unit. 11) Guide the refrigerant lines, electrical, and drain lines through the wall to the outside. 12) Once you have successfully run the lines and wiring, you can now position the evaporator unit so that the top can securely hook onto the mounting plate. 13) Push the bottom of the unit towards the wall until you hear the unit snap onto the mounting plate. 14) The interior installation is now complete.

15) For the exterior condenser unit, a pad or base is recommended. The base can be made out of fiberglass material, stepping stones, or you can choose to pour a concrete pad. Push the plug into the ce. 22) Connect the outdoor quick cable coupler with the indoor quick cable connector and secure the green ground wire to the unit with a single screw. 23) Fill in the gaps left over by the pipeline hole and wall hole to prevent rain water from entering. 24) Plug in the power supply cord to the GFCI outlet. The unit is now ready for operation.

Do not install the unit near the following:

-According to the service conditions and operating environment, the inside of the air conditioner will become dirty after several seasons (3 to 5 years) of service, resulting in decreased operating performance. Inspection and maintenance are recommended annually in addition to usual cleaning. -We recommend performing inspection and maintenance during off-season. Power Cord Care: • Do not rest anything on the power cord • Do not place the Mini-Split Air Conditioner condenser where people or pets may trip over or walk on the power cord • Do not pick the unit up by the power cord • Inspect the power cord before use to ensure the cord and plug are in good condition

REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION

LIMITED WARRANTY LIMITED WARRANTY ClimateRight products (“ClimateRight”) are warranted by ClimateRight LLC, the manufacturer, and the distributor of ClimateRight portable air conditioning and

ON / OFF

Turns the Breeze unit on or off

TEMP

Press to raise or lower the temperature setting. Temperature setting range is between 61˚ F and 86˚ F.

MODE

Selects the operating mode. Select between COOL, HEAT, DRY, FAN or AUTO. COOL: the unit will operate as an air conditioner to maintain the desired set temperature HEAT: the unit will operate as a heat pump to maintain the desired set temperature DRY: the unit will operate as an air conditioner on low speed to reduce humidity levels while not affecting the air temperature as greatly.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM: email from an authorized ClimateRight representative. A web form is also available at www.climateright.com to submit your claim as well. If ClimateRight LLC, at its sole discretion, deems your Warranty claim valid, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to the address provided for return of the climate right unit for inspection and repair or replacement. In good faith, we will send you out a replacement unit before receiving the defective unit back. If, during inspection, the unit has been found to will be charged for the replacement unit plus shipping and handling fees and no refund will be issued for the initial purchase. If the unit has been found to be defective the original purchase price will be refunded. Please note: Any damage caused by improper packaging of the return unit to the authorized service center will void the warranty.

FAN: the unit will operate as a fan to circulate air only. AUTO: the unit will operate as an air conditioner or heat pump to maintain 76° F. FAN SPEED

Selectable speeds are LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH or AUTO. AUTO will automatically adjust the fan speed to maintain proper set point.

TIMER

Press to set the timer for the unit to come on. Optional setting only operates when “ON” icon is illuminated on remote.

TURBO

TURBO mode operates the unit at maximum performance level to bring the room to the set temperature as rapidly as possible. Available in COOLING and HEATING modes.

SWING

Press to turn on the SWING function or to set the desired angle of the airflow. (Airflow angle is reset each time power is turned off.)

HOLD

Locks keypad on remote control.

LAMP

Turns the LAMP on the interior unit on or off.

AIR FLOW

No function assigned to this unit.

SLEEP

Press to enter SLEEP mode. SLEEP mode automatically adjusts the set point by 2 degrees after the first hour of operation to provide greater comfort overnight as well as to save energy.

CLEAN

No function assigned to this unit.
