Not all trucks are the same height , so in case of placing the lock always in the same position,troubles could be caused to the final customer. That is why the ADA SLIDER lock fits ,as a bayonet coupling ,with the aluminium door and can be screwed at any height ( 4 screws) depending on the need of each customer. The “Outfolding” system to fold the curtains consists in the installation of 2 straight plastic plates and one curved metallic plate at the bottom side of the curtain. The curved metallic plate acts like a spring pushing the curtain forwards among the rollers. This way, we are getting a perfect folding and a right slide of the curtain along it’s extension. This folding system is patented by ADAICO Le système “Outfolding” de pliage des bâches implique l´installation de deux plaques en plastique droites dans la partie inférieure de la bâche et une plaque métallique courbée entre chaque chariot inférieur de la bâche. In order to offer a greater and better service to our customers, ADAICO offers now the possiblity of purchasing the ADA-Slider system also with curtains. Options: a) 650 grs or Panama 900 grs (recomended) and b) Curtains printed/ without printing. A great advantage of buying the curtains from us is that we provide them with the top rollers and the plastic and metallic plates ( “Outfolding” system to make the folding easy) already assembled. We also put a reinforcement in the top side to avoid any damage in the curtain caused by the scraping of the rain protector PVC profile. The printed curtains are served with varnish treatments that makes them Anti-Graffiti. Pour offrir un meilleur service à nos clients, ADAICO propose actuellement la possibilité d´acheter notre ADA-Slider en incluant aussi les bâches. With this aim we have focussed on the following points: - A thinner and lighter profile, that increases lading speace and reduces weigth - The possibility of mounting both horizontal profiles paralelly, and thus increasing loading space. - Redesign of the rollers, reinforcing them and unifying the curtain rollers, so that the same model can be used up and down simplifying assembly. - New lock that makes it very resistant and allows the client to adjust curtain tension. - Light door profiles that reduce weight without reducing resistance.
