Right People. Right Places. Having the right people in the right places is essential to team building.

Great Vision. Great vision precedes great achievement.

Good Attitude. Good attitudes among players do not guarantee a team’s success, but bad attitudes guarantee its failure.

Game Plan. The game plan tells what you want to happen. But the scoreboard tells what is happening.
