CCC was established in 1997 as an affiliate company of CC in Economic Development Zone,BaoHua,Jurong City, Jiangsu Province, China  Rohm and Haas Company (RandH) RandH, one of the largest manufactures of specialty materials in the world, was established in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1909. 3

EH&S Policy  ChemiHaas has an EH&S policy, which is routinely reviewed and

updated by our management. Our commitment and action are guided by our environmental, health, and safety policy. Environmental Protection Overview  Environmental policies, programs, and practices must be

integrated into each business function and made a priority in the design of new facilities and products. Pollution of air, water and land can be prevented and waste eliminated. We have a responsibility to protect the environment through sustainable development. Safety and Health Overview  We are committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions

Quality Management System  Purpose:

Quality System has been established with the intent to ensure that all products manufactured in ChemiHaas conform to specified manufacturing processes and requirements.  System: The system includes procedures, work instructions, process sheets, checklists, methods and other documentation that defines how ChemiHaas meets the requirement of the Standards. 16

Quality Management System  Reviewing: Process performance and product conformity will be determined by reviewing process output such as: Quality Index and production specification test results.  Responsibility: Top management has authorized department supervision accomplish the following objectives: ・Identify the causes of non-conforming product and process upsets to recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences by working other departments such as maintenance, materials, technical support and quality control. ・Provide adequate training for all department employees in the scope of their positions. 17
