BINNING CODE In 2011, base on NIST’s (National Institute of Standards and Technology) research, we found the target DUV and tolerance should be ± 0.006. From this DUV data, we can get if the light color is precise or not. This became a key to select the right LED since then. During the packing process, the LED is designed to maximize effective usage by Binning. The smaller binning maintain a tighter control of color variation.
