The purpose of this guide is to explain the visual brand of the 451 Marketing and to aid employees in maintaining a consistent visual style when creating documents and agency-branded graphics. For any questions or concerns, consult with the Internal Marketing department.

NUMBER MARK VARIATIONS

This is the 451 Marketing wordmark.

NOTE: Number spacing is tighter when numbers are used alone.

The wordmark may not be altered in any way and should always be used in its complete form with the exception of certain social media applications (see right).

The smallest reproduction size for the wordmark is one inch wide.

Only use the tighter set for ghosted numbers.

Do not use the numbers in red separate from the wordmark.

Do not use the wider set from the wordmark for ghosted numbers.

POWERPOINT TEMPLATE The PPT template is preloaded with example pages that adhere to an underlying design grid. The grid is meant to allow for flexible text and image placement while still adhering to a visual system, therefore keeping a clean and consistent look throughout the presentation.

The grid can be turned on and off by navigating to the Master Page view, selecting the placed image, and adjusting transparency.

Keeping the grid on while putting together your presentation is recommended followed by making it transparent at the end of the process.

WORD TEMPLATES There are a few different templates that you can start from depending on the needs.

You can choose between an empty template with a cover page, one without a cover page, and one with placeholder text for memorandums.

The templates also have very specific margins that are set in the .doc file that shouldn’t be altered.

No matter which .doc file you start from, all will come pre-loaded with Paragraph and Character styles that will help you stay consistent with the brand look when creating your document.
