Production and Delivery Order Production Time Production and delivery time for custom orders of 5,000 pieces or less is typically 10 to 15 business days after proof approval. This applies to most of the items in this catalog. Faster production times are available for a small upcharge on some items. Unprinted or Quick Ship items are typically available for same day shipping. Proofing Your first proof in AdobeTM PDF or laser printed format is included at no charge. Additional proofs with changes or additions may incur a small fee. We will always notify you first if a charge may occur. Logos and Artwork We prefer to work with vector graphics for all custom printed artwork. We accept Adobe Illustrator Ai files and EPS graphics files. For process printing, BMP files with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI are sometimes acceptable. JPG images are usually not acceptable for our printing process. Please include all PMS color codes with your artwork file when possible.

Database Guidelines When submitting individuals’ data for a large personalized order, we accept MicrosoftTM XLS file formats. If individuals’ photos are to be included with your order, there must be a column in the XLS spreadsheet naming each photo by number. Your salesperson will be able to discuss this in further detail if you need help. Returns, Replacements and Exchanges If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will do our best to make it right. Please note our policies below: All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. We will replace any defective product at no charge. Returned products must be in “new condition” and in their factory sealed package. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee ($10.00 minimum). Clearance Items are not returnable. You must notify us to get an RMA number to return a product (No exceptions). RMA’s must be returned within 10 business days of the issued RMA date. ID card printers, identification equipment, and all custom ordered products are not returnable. Our overall goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. Shipping, Deadlines and Delivery We are not responsible for transit related delays that are outside of our power, including weather, mechanical and customs issues. Damage resulting from the shipper must be evaluated by the shipper and claim must be filed with the appropriate delivery company. We ship via UPS for most orders and via commercial truck line for large shipments. ID Supply reserves the right to modify our posted policies at any time.
