We have all heard this warning often enough and now tell our children the same. Nowadays we know that sitting straight entails more than just sitting upright. Who learns to sit in the correct way from a young age can prevent people’s disease number 1 – chronic back deformities with all its consequences...

Humans were not made to sit, but to move. From a developmental point of view sitting is bad for bone development. And yet we force our children into this position – up to 9 hours a day. Shouldn’t we at least do everything to try and prevent the nasty consequences?

The material: aluminum For an ergonomically correct posture you need the right material! Aluminum is stainless and light. The super lightweight furniture is easily and quickly adjustable and moveable to other places. Thanks to the low weight even primary school students can hang the chairs on the table surfaces. All furniture from the Aluflex range are adjustable to the ergonomically correct position for children within seconds and without tools.

Always the best posture – the heightadjustable chair.

Even the best furniture is merely “the smallest evil”! Chairs cannot cure posture deformities. The can however encourage a correct sitting posture – preventively: sitting straight. This way the natural curvature in neck and lower back is preserved and the vertebrae are equally strained. The chair should be at such a height that the upper legs rest on the seat and the feet can rest fully on the floor.

No more bending over when reading and writing – the slantable surface of the table can be adjusted to the student.
