CONTROL SYSTEM GROUND TESTING It is natural for grounding equipment to deteriorate over time making it less effective for surge protection during the season. Turf Products Service Techs can use special equipment and specific procedures to test your grounding at each field controller and central location. The readings at each location will be recorded and we can then make recommendations if needed.

WINTER SPECIALS CONTROLLER MODEM TUNING To maintain solid communication and fast downloads, TPC Service Techs can ensure that your modems meet manufacturer’s specifications, eliminating surprises come spring time. After many years in outdoor service, certify that your modems are tuned and function as they were designed.

OPTION 1—Send in or bring in your modems to our facility for testing or have our service tech take them during a FIELD CONTROLLER TUNE-UP. Once completed, the modem will be shipped back to you for you to re-install. Standard UPS charges will apply.

$45.00 per modem* OPTION 2—A Turf Products service tech will responsible for removal and re-installation of all modems and tuning will be done at our facility. All travel and labor charges are included.

These devices require regular maintenance to ensure they work properly and provide you with accurate information. Our Factory-trained Service Techs will provide the following on-site service:       

ON-SITE IRRIGATION SERVICE TRAINING Let us come to you! TPC Service Technicians will provide a customized half day of training at your facility. The focus will be based on the exact irrigation equipment that you are using. Training can cover sprinkler and controller troubleshooting, wire splicing, wire tracking, along with service tips for weather stations and lightning detection systems. Training slots will be available from December 1, 2014 to March 14, 2015. Maximum of 10 attendees.
