SIP TRUNKING EVOLUTIONS STATIC NAT Current OXO RCE deployments with SIP trunks require some specific equipment to manage network address translation at application level Either a SIPALG* usually located at the edge of the customer’s network or an SBC* at the edge of the SIP provider’s network is used With Static NAT, a SIP ALG or an SBC are not required anymore Disabled by default ENGINEERING RULES: • Use static public IP address (static configuration in OXO) • Use static private IP address for OXO - Static configuration of port forwarding on CPE Router
