CAME ACCESS CONTROL A specific division, with products conceived to make integrated transit control and management systems. From simple access control of subscribers to a gym to a large multilevel parking facility with multiple entrances, exits and payment stations. Came comes up with every solution regardless of the complexity required, always perfectly combining available technology with over 40 years of experience. An ad hoc solution is a Came solution.

European norms EN 12453 - EN 12445 The EN 12453 and EN 12445 standards specify the requirements for compliance and safety for their use in automated closure devices that may come into contact with people. They allow you to define all the technical solutions necessary for the safety of the user. Key points are the location of the automation system, the type of control used and the type of user.

THE SYSTEM CAN BE • ON A PRIVATE AREA (and marked off) • ON A PUBLIC AREA or bordering with a public area though still private.

THE USER CAN BE • TRAINED The user is trained when receiving instructions for the operation of the automation. Normally, the trained user actuates the automation that is located on a private area. • UNTRAINED

THE COMMAND CAN BE • WITHOUT SELF-HOLDING (maintained action - dead man's control). The operator is activated only thanks to automatically resetting buttons or selector switches (for example, press a button to activate an operator. When the button is released, the operator stops). The operator is in the line of sight of the user. • SENDING OF IMPULSES WITH SYSTEM CONTROL FROM FIXED STATION. The command is of the impulse type and it is sent from a fixed station from which the system can be controlled. There is no need for the button to be self-holding, that is, neither the button nor switch reset automatically. • RADIO COMMAND (impulse sending without system control from fixed station). Each impulse sent corresponds to a function, such as open, close, stop, and so on. • AUTOMATIC (impulse-type). Each impulse sent corresponds to a complete manoeuvre cycle and not a single open and close function, i.e.: an open and close cycle.

The standard installation THE COMPLIANCE TO EUROPEAN NORMS INSTALLATION ON A PUBLIC AREA

The installation is on a public area or on an area confining with a public area. Example: a private gate that has entry/exit onto a road or sidewalk.

TRAINED USER

The installation can be controlled only by users who have been trained on the installation functioning. Example: installation owner or manager.

INSTALLATION WITH RADIO COMMAND

The installation is radio controlled by means of transmitters. Example: Sending of impulses without system control even from fixed station.

EN TESTED: CAME added value The use of gearmotors and control panels that are EN TESTED means that installation of safety edges is no longer necessary. However, it is necessary to measure the impact forces, which must conform with the standards set forth in the regulations.

STAND-ALONE access control

An on board sensor makes it possible to load cards directly into the system control panel, ensuring perfect operation, even as a stand-alone version.

The software for RBM21 The dedicated software has a clear, easy, immediate graphic interface. It operates in a Windows environment and does not require special hardware.

It can be configured according to system requirements and enables memorisation of the cards and parameters allocated to each user. It also debits user credit on entering, even with different values that can be customised on each sensor. If necessary, it is possible to control the opening of the devices directly from the PC.

The features

Prepaid - number of entries. The "credit" on the card belonging to the service user is "debited" for access. Credits are assigned when the card is added to the system. Each sensor can be associated to different credit values. Prepaid - time parked. The credit on the card belonging to the service user is debited according to the time spent in the facility. Card blocking. Card operation can be blocked at any time. Adding users. A new card can be added at any time. Antipassback. This function prevents several users from entering using the same card. Temporised antipassback. This function blocks the card usage for a certain period of time after entry. With this function the card is normally enabled to exiting.

Pay-to-park facilities, manned or completely automated high rotation exchangers. Came's PS systems allow you to manage occasional users, issuing a "Barcode" ticket or "Recyclable transponder", and users with season tickets, in pay-as-you-go or timed mode, using a transponder card.

VIDEO AND HARDWARE COMPONENTS

The management software is installed on the central server, which manages all entrance and exit units, via an integrated web server and stores all events onto a relational database. Through web clients connected via standard browser, all required query and statistical features will be available. The client number is available; all users are assigned their own profiles through which they can access any associated features. The server also allows you to monitor and manage, even remotely, the entrances and exits. There are 32 standard static IP server accesses. They can be expanded depending on the systems needs provided the server is also set up to do so.

OCR LICENSE-PLATE READING VIDEOCAMS

The PS One features a PLATE READER, an OCR module coupled to a specific IP video-camera to read and ID license plates. Components • PSAC105 - Camera for plate reading. • PSAC106 – Software license valid for up to four PSAC105. • PSAC107 – Support post for the PSAC105.

EYE SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE IMAGES

The EYE SYSTEM module is for associating high definition images of all four sides of any admitted vehicle (not for license plate reading). If needed, by making a simple license plate search (detected by the OCR) or ticket search, the provider can view the previously recorded high-definition images, one can verify whether a vehicle was damaged before entering the parking lot, as a result of a claim. VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM

System for defining, at the entrance, different tariffs by vehicle classification according to their height. Photocells, together with a ground-based sensitive system, determine a vehicle's height and so classify it in the system to assign its corresponding tariff. Example: differentiated tariffs for cars, motorbikes and buses. Components • PSAC119 – Vehicle class detection kit.

EXTERNAL SIGNS

Indispensable for external signalling of parking space availability, both overall or at single levels, the single-sided, modular signs featuring luminous displays can be fitted perpendicularly or wall-mounted. ENTRANCE TICKETS AND SOFTWARE

TICKET THAT CAN BE USED TO THE ENTRY/EXIT

The entry unit of the PS ONE system issues a disposable precut 1D BARCODE FAN FOLD ISO STANDARD ticket, on which a thermal printer prints the bar code needed for identifying customers. Tickets come in packets of 5,000. Components • ISO 7810 – 7813 RFID cards with standard Came screen printed motif which can be customised using a provider's own graphics. Optional components • 2D QR CODE tickets or 1D or 2D print at home tickets.

All subscriptions are configurable, depending on needs, with either pre-paid, time-based, or hourly and/or on a calendar basis and are rechargeable directly at the automatic pay station, without needing the providers assistance.

PSE4000 ENTRY UNIT

Designed to manage entry with barcode tickets, this has two buttons to request the ticket (double height) and a reader for transponder cards to manage season ticket holders. An intercom can be fitted. Made from sturdy galvanised steel with epoxy paint, secured to the ground using the anchoring base supplied.

PSU4000 EXIT UNIT Allows the use of transponder tokens that have been validated (at the automatic or manual payment station) to manage exiting the parking facility. Complete with reader for transponder card to manage season ticket holders. An intercom can be fitted. Made from sturdy galvanised steel with epoxy paint, secured to the ground using the anchoring base supplied.

PSC4000 AUTOMATIC PAYMENT STATION Manages payment and validation of the transponder token. Complete with reader for various denominations of coin, reader for transponder cards to manage season ticket holders and thermographic paper printer for issuing receipts. Made from sturdy galvanised steel with epoxy paint, secured to the ground using the anchoring base supplied.

PSC6001 TOUCH SCREEN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT STATION The automatic TOUCH SCREEN payment station in break-in resistant steel. Payment with coins, notes and credit cards if the option is available. Season ticket holders can top up their transponder card directly at the payment station. Features • Multilingual menu with 6 language choices. • Coin and note reader than can be programmed according to the currency in the country of installation. • Information during payment: amount paid - still to pay - change. • SMS diagnosis with real time check on system status (optional). • An intercom with HELP call button can be fitted. • Season ticket management with transponder cards, which can be topped up directly at the automatic pay station. • Advertising or service messages available for customers.

PSC1 AUXILIARY PAYMENT STATION A special unit for creating multiple validation or payment points, even without PC. Very useful at supermarket checkouts, or anywhere a business owner wants to reward loyal customers by paying for parking in whole or in part.
