AIRAC AIP SUP No. 060/15 2.1 Planes specific provisions Expected time slots of suspension of all plane activity: 10 to 13 June 2015 :1130 – 1430. 14 June 2015 : 1300 – 1400 15 to 18 June 2015 : 1130 – 1430 19 to 21 June 2015 : 1030 – 1530 These slots are confirmed by NOTAM on the day before and announced on LE BOURGET ATIS 120.000 MHz. Expected time slots of restrictions of the plane activity: 30 minutes before and after the suspension time slots mentioned above. Confirmed by NOTAM on the day before. - The departure and arrival time slots are limited during some periods of the day, their number may be lower than the slots requested. - Paris Le Bourget AD can not be used as an alternate aerodrome during the activation time slots of ZIT ROUGE and ZRT BLEUE (see Paragraph 1.1 of the present AIP SUP). - Paris Le Bourget AD can not be used during the time slots defined above except by aircraft conducting assistance, rescue, or public safety missions when the area avoidance is not compatible with their mission. Hospital flights are not allowed during these slots. - Flying under VFR is authorized only for planes whose Maximum Take Off Weight is 20 t or less and whose Indicated Air Speed is 200 kts or less. - Only planes flying as part of the SIAE and the based planes can park on Paris Le Bourget AD. - GAT VFR / Mil Air Traffic V : upon arrival, call LE BOURGET LOC HELICO 135.700 MHz 5 minutes before flying overhead ECHO 1 or WHISKY 1, and obtain a clearance before proceeding towards the AD. - Beware of the important helicopter traffic between ECHO 2 and the AD. - If the weather conditions do not allow the compliance with the prescribed altitudes, a clearance may be obtained to fly the routes at an altitude allowing to remain within sight of the ground, but always above or at 1000 ft AMSL. - There is a variable status for the aircraft ground movements in the South of the AD : Taxiways V1, V2, C, C1, C11 are downgraded to parking areas at certain times. When this downgrading to parking areas is in force, a special sign system is visible on the whole area (flag raised at the C1 / V1 intersection). The aircraft traffic rules on this area are those of parking areas, which means: no radio contact with ATC and movement under the responsibility of the applicable handling agent. 2.2 Special provisions for helicopters Creation of a temporary heliport on the AD of Paris Le Bourget The ground infrastructure is modified permanently but the heliport can only be used in the 0500 – 1700 slot every day, except on Monday 22 June 2015 from 0500 to 1000. All the helicopter traffic is directed to this temporary heliport (see APPENDIXES 4 to 8 hereinafter : location map, departure and arrival routes, detailed chart of the parking stands and helicopter routes). It includes a FATO (TLOF H 1 and TLOF H 2) which can be used in performance classes 2 and 3 by helicopters certified in categories A and B. During take-off manoeuvres (H 2 facing West) and landing manoeuvres (H 1 facing East), do not overshoot extended Taxiway B to the West. Special operating instructions for single-engined helicopters: -

Inbound facing East towards “H 1”, maintain 1000 FT AMSL (800 FT AGL) until the west edge of the RD317 road. Outbound from “H 2” facing West, quickly climb up to 1000 FT AMSL (800 FT AGL).

The helicopter parking stands are indicated on the ground by identification markings (see Appendix 8). A mandatory helicopter ground handling company called “HELI-OPERATIONS LE BOURGET” is created. Any helicopter flight bound for or outbound from Paris Le Bourget heliport will be handled by this company (allocation and management of helicopter parking, transportation of passengers or crews in the heliport's reserved area or to the air show exhibition, etc.). The ground handling company may be contacted at Paris-Le Bourget aerodrome during the Air Show: Phone: +33 (0)1.41.69.02.56 or +33 (0)1.41.69.02.57 - Fax: +33 (0)1.41.69.24.86 Any inbound helicopter which has not coordinated its reception with the ground handling company before arrival must contact the latter no later than 10 minutes before the expected landing time, on HELI-OPERATIONS VHF frequency: 122.150 MHz. - Radio contact: Call LE BOURGET LOC HELICOPTERE 135.700 MHz 5 minutes before start up for departing flights and 3 minutes before the 1st reporting point (RH2, BH5 or PORTE DE BAGNOLET) for inbound flights. LOC Hélicoptère: 135.700 MHz; . Heli-Operations: 122.150 MHz; . Military UHF: 369.300 MHz. 3. PARIS CHARLES DE GAULLE AD (LFPG) SPECIFIC PROVISIONS : use restrictions of RWY 08R/L and 26L/R The following provisions are in force from 10 to 21 June 2015 included. Caution : also read the Paris Le Bourget Air Show (SIAE) specific air security measures AIC available on www.sia.aviation-civile.gouv.fr The flight demonstrations conducted as part of the SIAE affect the Western approach surface of Runways 08R/L and 26L/R. The time slots provided below are estimated, they are maximum windows and will be confirmed by DE GAULLE APPROACH and ATIS DE GAULLE (128.225 MHz FR 121.630 MHz EN) in real time. The actual operating conditions will be given in real time by these units over the same frequencies. 3.1. From 1330 to 1400 Because of the interference between some SIAE flight demonstrations and the Paris Charles de Gaulle AD routes, the operations of RWY 08R/L and 26L/R is modified as follows: East-facing configuration : RWY 08L and 08R can be used for take offs only; West-facing configuration : RWY 26L and 26R can be used for landings only; Missed approach 26L/R : see Paragraph 3.3 below. 3.2. From 1130 to 1330 and from 1400 to 1430 The operations of departures on RWY 08R/L, arrivals on RWY 26L/R (except missed approaches, see Paragraph 3.3 below) and all traffic on RWY 09L/R and 27L/R remains as usual, the operations of arrivals on RWY 08R/L and departures RWY 26R/L is modified as follows: - East-facing configuration: If the weather conditions are : horizontal visibility >= 5 km and ceiling >= 3000 ft, o RWY 08R can be used for landing, by wake turbulence M and L aircraft conducting an approach on ILS 08L followed by a visual manoeuvring to land on RWY 08R ; o RWY 08L can be used for landing, by wake turbulence M and L aircraft conducting an approach on ILS 08L. o On final ILS 08L approach, the visual manoeuvring towards RWY 08R should not be started before 6.6 NM DME PGS (see Appendix 9). - West-facing configuration: Departures from runway 26R or 26L are available for aircraft in M and L wake turbulence categories, equipped with RNAV/FMS or multi-sensors. They must reach 4000 FT AMSL, no later than 6.3 NM DME PGS; taxiway R1 is usable for alignment to make it easier to comply with this limitation. If a technical or weather event occurring after take-off prevents this limitation from being complied with, or the departure path from being followed precisely, the crew must inform ATC as soon as possible. 3.3. From 1130 to 1430 : Missed approach on RWY 26L/R Missed approaches 26L/R and aerodrome minima associated with ILS and LOC/DME approaches are modified as follows: “Missed approach 26L/R: maintain runway heading and climb up to 800 FT AMSL, then turn left at heading 180°, climb up to 3000 FT AMSL, then radar guidance.” The implementation of this procedure will be announced on DE GAULLE ATIS.
