Why Hallmark – About Buena Vista Collection Features true North American Species from the Appalachian region, prized for its superior quality and smooth, tight graining characteristics. These planks feature four products that are precision sanded, smooth face with a small pillow beveled edges. The collection also offers four products that are precision sanded, wire-brushed face with a small pillow beveled edges to greater accent the grain in the finish process. The result is a warm array of unique and interesting colors. Large format 7 inch wide planks with longer random lengths up to 7 feet in length.

– About Buena Vista Collection Wood is a natural product that features distinct color and graining. Each board is unique in its characteristics and will vary from piece to piece. The floor represents our most rustic visual. These subtleties may become more distinct over time due to exposure to direct sunlight. Occasional rearranging of furniture and rugs will help reduce the potential affects of the sun.

Maintenance – About Buena Vista Collection Install felt protector pads on bottom of all furniture. Place mats or rugs at all entrances. Sweep, vacuum, and/or dust mop regularly. Wipe up spills immediately with a dampened cloth and follow up with approved cleaner (such as Bona Kemi) Do not use wet mops, household dust-treatments or petroleum-based cleaners.

All timber resources are not from endangered species and procured from reputable sources. High end German finishes and equipment protect the air both in the factory and after installation. Warranty Lifetime Warranty on Product Structure Hallmark Hardwoods products are cross-engineered for better dimensional stability. If under normal household conditions the product should experience structural failure, Hallmark will repair, replace or refund at our sole discretion. 25 Year Limited Residential Finish Warranty Under normal residential conditions along with proper maintenance, Hallmark Hardwoods UV cured aluminum oxide polyurethane will not wear through, peel or separate from the planks for 25years.
