8 No uniform required. 9 We do not issue uniforms 10 Business professional attire is required for court and other related work, business casual is approved for field work, arrests, searches, etc

11 Not Applicable 12 The dress code is not unique for Parole Officers but for every civilian employee. There is no uniform required but both man and woman should not work in jeans, capri pants (woman),shirts should have sleeves, no cotton knit pants are allowed, no transparent clothes,no flip flops any extravagant make up is not allowed either and clothing should not be too tight fitting. In other words clothing that is appropiate for an office.

13 A uniform is not required. 14 Although we do have a dress code policy, uniforms are not required except when Officers are working special duties i.e. warrants, or emergency work such as after a hurricane. Oon special duty assignments Officers must wear P and P shirts (that identify them as P and P and police ) with BDU's/khaki pants.

15 Only 13 officers are uniformed. They are on our Apprehension unit. They wear BDUs, badged shirts and are armed. We have provided badged shirts and BDUs for the units that work our GPS units but are no longer doing so.

1 We are one year into wearing uniforms. We changed for safety reasons and becoming more visible in the communities. So far, great change for us.... 2 We have 3 levels of dress code for parole and probation agents - field, office and courts/meetings. 3 From our SC Policy: Appropriate “Business Attire”: Except under extenuating circumstances, appropriate business attire is required for all Court and Board appearances, and other occasions when “business attire” is stipulated. Appropriate business attire is defined, for men as: a sport coat, dress shirt and tie with coordinated pants or suit; for women: a dress, business suit, coordinated skirt and blouse, or coordinated slack suit. Appropriate “Business Casual” Attire: “Business Casual” clothing may be worn routinely in day-to-day operations and at Administrative Hearings. “Business Casual” clothing should not in any way detract from your professionalism. Department issued polo shirts and trousers are appropriate “business casual” attire and employees are encouraged to wear them, when available. In addition to Department issued clothing, the following “business casual attire is appropriate: For men: Trousers (khakis, dress slacks, etc.), collared polo-style shirts or dress shirts. Dress sweaters may be worn over a collared shirt. For women: Slacks (khakis, dress slacks, etc. ), dresses, or skirts, collared polo-type shirts, blouses or sweaters. Grooming▸ Men’s and Women’s hair will be neatly groomed ▸ Men’s hair will not exceed collar, no ponytails ▸ Beards and Mustaches will be neatly trimmed
