Our gallery dining room makes the most of the countryside views and offers a truly inspiring setting for you and your guests. It extends onto a spacious terrace emphasising the landscaped gardens, which serve as an ideal location for those special wedding photographs. e perfect setting for your wedding celebrations for as little as 2 to as many as 250 guests.

ivil ceremonies at e Plough are conducted by the carmarthen Registrar* in our light and airy, vaulted setting. e charge for holding your civil ceremony will be £325 (excluding Registrar’s fees). You can also choose to hold your ceremony in our landscaped gardens where the exchanging of vows and rings, readings, the ‘I do’ and first kiss can take place within the spectacular backdrop of the Towy valley, helping to capture beautiful memories. e legal requirement of signing the register with your witnesses has to take place in the conservatory, the charge will be £325 (excluding Registrar’s fees). ere is also a hire charge for the outside chairs, to be discussed on booking, with a cancellation period of seven days notice.

F
or those of your wedding guests requiring overnight accommodation why not suggest that they reserve one of our spacious en-suite bedrooms, inclusive of full Welsh breakfast. Our well appointed rooms have queen sized beds, sofas, free wi-fi and disabled facilities. Your guests will also be able to take full advantage of our leisure facilities, which includes a sauna and a fully equipped gymnasium. Preferential accommodation rates will apply to your guests. For the Bride and groom there is a complimenatry executive bridal suite when choosing from either the Traditional, enchanting or magical packages with a minimum of 60 wedding guests.

f you have decided on a Wedding Breakfast and evening Buffet, we advise you to carefully plan the hour of your Wedding ceremony to allow ample time for your Wedding Breakfast, speeches, Toasts and cake cutting before your evening Reception. From experience, we have found the ideal time for
your Wedding ceremony is before 11.30am, your Wedding Breakfast at approximately 3.00pm and your evening Buffet at around 8.30pm. Obviously these timings are only offered as a guide and we will of course endeavour to accommodate your own requirements to ensure your special day is one to remember.

our provisional booking will be held and when confirming a non-refundable deposit of £500 will be taken. Prior to your invitations being sent, please make an appointment to discuss menu choices, table plans and all other requirements for your special day. We will require a 50% payment
of the estimated bill 12 weeks prior to your wedding day, bedroom allocation confirmation 8 weeks before and then final payment 4 weeks before your wedding day. Finally, 3 days prior, we will meet to finalise arrangements; delivery of table plans, favours and anything else you may have to display.

T H e P lO u g H T e R m s & c O n d I T I O n s Damage & Loss Whilst every effort is made to care for you and your guests’ belongings left on our premises, the Plough cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. any damage caused by your guests to the fabric of the building, grounds, roadways and car park will be fully charged; in respect of both labour and materials, in making the necessary repairs (inclusive of sub-contractors working on your behalf). Beverages no alcoholic drinks may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises without prior agreement and consent. We reserve the right to charge corkage on all drinks brought into the Plough. We would prefer not to be asked for a corkage facility, but we do appreciate that there may be a valid reason for such a request. We would ask that you discuss this in advance and also make your guests aware of the same
ENTERTAINMENT AT THE PLOUGH With regard to entertainment we can only allow the use of our resident DJ who provides excellent evening entertainment at a cost of £220.00. If you wish to provide your own band it can only be an acoustic style band, which will need to be approved with The Plough prior to booking. Entertainment can run until 12 midnight, the bar until 1.00am.
