Blackberry Farm’s two restaurants create a magical epicurean experience . With style both fancy and familiar, the dining experience holds the status of Relais Gourmand, the highest mark of culinary excellence attainable by establishments within the Relais & Chateaux organization. The breakfast and lunch experience is set in the Main House Dining Room, the original home on property which captures the warmth and pleasure of family and friends gathered around the table to share their favorite foods, representing

the cuisine that Blackberry has become known for over the past thirty years. The cuisine is most definitely Southern in every way. Discover the same commitment to local, fresh ingredients and the customs of the foothills, but enjoy in a more relaxed setting. Our dining experience in The Barn Dining Room, a turn-ofthe-century bank-style barn, is located in the center of our FarmStead. Multi-course dinner menus focus on the freshest farm products harvested just a few feet from the front door. Alongside the antique linens, custom china and sterling silver is a style of cuisine that is composed and delicate, expressing the simplicity of our ingredients from the farm and the South.

Nightly room rates are for two guests – based upon the Full American Plan. The plan includes nightly accommodations and daily breakfast, lunch and a candlelight dinner, along with access to fully-stocked pantries in gathering spaces about the property. A two-night minimum is required for all stays, and Friday and Saturday nights may not be split. A three-night minimum is required on weekends from September 15th to November 15th as well as during most holidays. Thanksgiving requires a four-night minimum. A two- or three-night deposit, based on minimum stay, is required at time of reservation. We request that your deposit be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100.00 non-refundable administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled between 29 – 15 days of arrival we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates within six months of your original arrival date, based on availability. If your reservation is cancelled inside 15 days of arrival, half of your original deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of your deposit will be moved to your new reservation dates that must fall within six months of your original arrival date. If you have confirmed your reservation with a credit card, the balance due, taxes, service charge and any incidental charges incurred during your stay, will be charged upon your departure.

Rooms are available for check-in at 4 pm. Departure is at noon. We are happy to store your luggage in the event that you arrive before 4 pm or depart later than noon. Blackberry Farm is a family Friendly property year round.  Dining options vary by age.  Blackberry Farm’s fine dining restaurant, The Barn, is available for children 10 years old and over, and other dining options are available for children ages 9 and under.  Family Time at Blackberry Farm spans from Memorial Day to Labor Day and offers an array of dining options for children including Teensy’s, in-room dining, and Camp Blackberry’s Dinner and a Movie.  Please contact our team for restaurant openings and details.  Charges for an additional person or children sharing the same room as their parents/adults are as follows: Under the age of 3 – complimentary. 3 years and up – $250 per person, per evening. * Above rates are subject to a 19% service charge and tax. One child is suitable in Estate Rooms with king-size bed and two small children are welcome in the Cottage Suites. Children are required to adhere to the dress code for the dining room. Enjoy the original Blackberry Farm experience in our warm and elegant Estate Rooms.  Choose a room with either a fabulous king or queen sized feather topped bed.  These charming rooms are uniquely appointed with fine art and antiques and have access to common living areas with fireplaces and fully stocked pantries complete with snacks, sodas and bottled water.

Tucked away in the woods of the Chilhowee Mountain Ridge, The Joe Pye Cottage is a beautiful retreat for the entire family or a romantic hideaway.  Feel time slow down and the calm wash over you as the 20-foot waterfall welcomes you to this full-size home.  With four bedrooms, a full kitchen, and an outdoor fireplace and grill, this two-level home on the Singing Brook property is fit to accommodate every whim and fancy.  Stepping onto any of the three balconies, the spectacular vista of the Smoky Mountains fills the sky as the rolling hills envelop the quiet world of the Joe Pye Cottage.

Located among the Singing Brook Cottages on a wooded hillside between the Main House and FarmStead, the FarmStead Cottage offers a sophisticated escape in a truly secluded setting. Appointed with elegant furniture and accessories, the cottage has been converted into a luxurious one-bedroom retreat. The new dining area and kitchen are outfitted with gourmet appliances and the expansive bathroom and dressing suite feature a whirlpool tub and double vanities. The master bedroom includes a king-size featherbed and one of three wood burning fireplaces. In addition to a comfortable living room filled with hand-crafted upholstery, antiques and discreetly integrated audio-visual technology, the cottage also offers two comfortably furnished porches for enjoying the serene environment surrounding it.

Inviting and familiar, the classic farmhouse serves as one of the anchors of the FarmStead, recalling the engaging architecture and style of America’s early rural homes. Crafted of antique materials from an 1800s Pennsylvania bank barn, with exceptional care taken to add modern comforts while preserving historic character, the design includes three comfortable bedrooms, each with their own spacious bath, and a welcoming living room with fireplaces. Perfect for families and small groups, the FarmHouse will also include a fullyequipped kitchen for on-site chef service. All houses include your own private golf cart.
