Omerastore, a subsidiary of omeras GmbH, is specialized in glass coated steel tanks and silos. The company has experience in manufacturing enameled steel components for the most various applications, such as facade ele­ ments and innovative engineered products since 1838. The tanks are made of screwed glass fused steel plates and galvanised ring stiffener fixed and sealed on a concrete slab. The storage capacities range from 8 m3 to over 15,000 m3 per tank. All components are produced based on your requirements. Omerastore, ein Tochterunternehmen der Omeras GmbH, ist auf die Herstellung von emaillierten Tanks und Silos spezialisiert. Omeras verfügt über Erfahrung in der Herstellung von emaillierten Oberflächen für verschiedene Ein­ satzgebiete, wie etwa Fassadenelemente und innovative technische Produkte seit 1838. Die Tanks bestehen aus emaillierten Stahlplatten und verzinkten Ringsteifen. Diese werden miteinander verschraubt und fest mit einem Betonfundament verbunden und versiegelt (Dichtmittel). Es sind Tanks mit einem Gesamtvolumen von 8 m3 bis über 15.000 m3 lieferbar. Die Produktion basiert auf Ihren Anforderungen.

Vitreous enamel (glass) coating is the perfect system to combine the benefits of steel (highest loadbearing capacitiy, resilience) and glass (highest chemical resistance) in one single material. The liquid enamel fuses during one or two (depending on the required surface properties) fire processes at 850°C to become a new material: Enameled glass coated steel. The difference: Not stick but fused. Emaillierung (Glasbeschichtung) ist die perfekte Möglichkeit, die Vorteile von Stahl (höchste Tragkraft und Belastbarkeit) und Glas (höchste chemische Widerstandsfähigkeit) in einem Material zu kombinieren. Das flüssige Email verschmilzt bei einem oder zwei Brennvorgängen (in Abhängigkeit von der gewählten Oberflächenqualität) bei einer Temperatur von ca. 850°C mit dem Stahl zu einem neuen Material: Stahlemail. Der entscheidende Unterschied: Die Beschichtung ist nicht auf dem Stahl sondern verbindet sich mit dem Stahl.

The outside of the steel plates is also enameled. As standard outside colors of the glass coated sheets are dark blue (similar to RAL 5011) or green (similar to RAL 6006). The first special color is light grey (similar to RAL 7035). Other colors are available on request. Die Tankbleche sind auch auf der Außenseite emailliert. Wir bieten Ihnen als Standardaußenfarbe dunkelblau (ähnlich RAL 5011) oder grün (ähnlich RAL 6006) an. Eine Sonderfarbe ist hellgrau (ähnlich RAL 7035). Weitere Farben gern auf Anfrage. For tailored designs, the tank sheets can be provided with graphics or logos i.e. for company names. These are also made of enamel (glass) and have the same characteristics such as, for exam­ ple, extremely high UV resistance. Für maßgeschneiderte Designs können die Tankbleche mit Grafiken oder Logos z. B. den Firmenname versehen werden. Diese werden ebenfalls emailliert aus­ geführt und haben die gleichen positiven Eigenschaften wie z. B. hohe UV-Beständigkeit.

Construction site preparation Vorbereitung vor Ort Concrete base This drawing shows the situation as an example of a standard solution for the connection between tank and concrete base. Further technical possibilities are a separate part for your needs. With smaller sheets (starter) this system is able to react on changes in the height of the tank in a most efficient way. The specific details of the concrete base are depending on measurements and size of the tank and the local conditions of the construction site. Fundament Die Zeichnung zeigt die Standardausführung für die Verbindung zwischen Tank und Betonfundament. Weitere technische Möglichkeiten können entsprechend den Anforderungen realisiert werden. Mit Starterring wird das System leicht veränderbar und durch den Einsatz von halben Platten in der Höhe variabel. Die tatsächliche Ausführung ist abhängig von den örtlichen Gegebenheiten und der Größe des Behälters.
