Founded in 2003 by Rashed Al Mazroui and A.M. Simreen in Abu Dhabi, Royal Catering has grown into one of the leading catering and related support service companies in the UAE. Employing more than 2000 highly trained professionals across its commercial, contractual and creations services, Royal Catering is well-known in Abu Dhabi for operating international events such as the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Furthermore, Royal Catering is the only company that provides facilities management operations in Abu Dhabi’s Western region.

Royal Catering was recently acquired by BRS Ventures and Holdings Ltd (BRS), which is owned by renowned businessman and philanthropist, Dr. B. R. Shetty. BRS is also the owner and operator of New Medical Center hospitals (NMC).

We also own and operates a large portfolio of restaurants including Catch in Nation Riviera, Corniche - a specialty seafood restaurant; Rozanah in Yas Marina and Ruwais - a Lebanese restaurant; Cafe D’Alsace in Yas Marina – European cuisine with a contemporary twist; Rosina Bellina in Corniche – Italian cuisine and Nova in Corniche – international beach café. Royal Catering, has now launched its very own event space. Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi on Yas Island, The Venue offers a beautiful outside terrace with panoramic views of the Marina. The ideal setting for any event, from small business get-togethers to family lunches and large weddings. The Venue is an ideal location for meetings since its equipped with the latest equipment and technology, with the dedicated corporate sales team on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly, making The Venue the perfect location for MICE and other business events. The Venue also offers Lighting, Audio, Video and Rigging with an impeccable sound system, which has a high dispersion to accommodate even the outdoor mezzanine space. In line with our visionary thinking and strategic approach, Royal Catering continues to expand its services and has invested heavily in unique assets which support our pioneering vision. In fact, our central production unit (CPU) at 3,000 square-meters is the largest stand-alone kitchen facility in the region.

Specialized in seafood from local, as well as international waters, Catch Restaurant and Lounge Abu Dhabi is the perfect place to relax and enjoy delicious meals and fabulous views. With its interior design inspired by Mother of Pearl, Catch embodies the strong maritime and pearl diving tradition of the region in a modern, swank and rich decor with an open kitchen allowing guests to interact with the chefs and watch as ingredients are transformed into delectable dishes.

Rozanah is a contemporary Lebanese restaurant with authentic flavor that embodies Lebanon’s diverse heritage and its unique cultural historical blend which has influenced the gastronomy over the centuries and made the Lebanese cookery one of the most popular of all the cuisines. Its name, Rozanah derives from the legendary Middle Eastern song, genuinely chosen as when one enters its eatery, it radiates the blissful essence of the old familiar gastronomic journey in a modern contemporary setting. From traditional dishes with a creative lift, to gastronomic excellence with impeccable Lebanese hospitality, while sampling shisha al fresco.

Awards Royal Catering’s and its brands and people continue to receive industry recognition for exceptional food, service and the skills of our talented chefs. Catch, located at the St. Regis on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, was recognized in Time Out Abu Dhabi as 2015 Best Seafood Restaurant, while Rozanah, which is located in Yas Marina, was named ‘Favourite Middle Eastern Restaurant’ at the 2015 What’s On Abu Dhabi magazine Awards. Recently, Royal Catering’s talented chefs were also awarded medals as part of the Gulfood carving competition – celebrating their carving excellence and creativity at the global food and hospitality event. Royal Catering was a recipient of the 2015 Excellence Award from the Abu Dhabi Food Authority and was also recognized in 2015 for WEQAYA Compliance, by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi.
