he Winery
he Tent The Thousand Islands Winery® Special Events Tent is adjacent to the Ceremony Courtyard and can accommodate 250 guests. The perfect place for your wedding, reception, or special event. The Tent features include an iPod compatible sound system, white tables and chairs, as well as tent sidewalls for inclement weather conditions.
he Courtyard The Ceremony Courtyard is nestled along the vineyards of Thousand Islands Winery® with spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River and the Thousand Islands Bridge. The Courtyard features include white guest chairs and an elegant white wedding arbor accented by a brick flower box and wine barrels. The Winery will provide additional ceremony tables upon request.
he Barn Loft A unique room in the historic barn at Thousand Islands Winery® built from a Sears Roebuck & Co. catalog kit circa 1920. The Loft features include a beautiful wooden wine bar, rustic wagon wheel chandeliers, twinkle lights throughout the room, and a breathtaking view overlooking the vineyard and ceremony courtyard. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests.
he Photography Thousand Islands Winery® has multiple locations to capture that perfect moment! Whether you love the rustic look of the historic Winery barn, the serenity of the lush vineyards, or the backdrop of the international Thousand Islands Bridge, the Winery landscape provides the perfect setting for wedding and special events photography!
BRIDAL SHOWER, BACHELORETTE PARTY, OR REHEARSAL DINNER Facility Rental: $6.00 per person for 3 hours* (12 and under free) Friday - Sunday: $250.00 minimum Monday-Thursday: $150.00 minimum Maximum 100 people for barn loft & pavilion. VACATION HOME RENTALS Spend your wedding night or honeymoon in one of three lovely homes nestled along Heather’s Vineyard and boasting picturesque views of the Thousand Islands Bridge and St. Lawrence River. These also make great places for family members to stay rather than renting multiple hotel rooms off-site. When you book any of our wedding packages, you will receive 10% off the price of your stay. Links to rental homes are located on the Winery’s website and listed below. All reservations and payments must be made through WWW.HOMEAWAY.COM All rental homes are fully furnished and equipped for your stay. Amenities include: cable TV, wifi, glassware, dishes, silverware, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and washer/dryer. Bath towels, washcloths, pillows, blankets, and linens are also provided. Beds are freshly made prior to your arrival. Guests need only to bring personal hygiene items and food. Minimum two-night stay. $100 Refundable security deposit. NO OPEN FIRES. NO PETS ALLOWED. Due to insurance liability, pets are not allowed in or on the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $275 fee.

THOUSAND ISLANDS WINERY® EVENT POLICIES • All alcohol for on-site events must be purchased from Thousand Islands Winery®. • Hard liquors are not permitted for consumption on the Winery premises. • Only adults 21 and over may consume alcohol on Winery premises. • Beer may be consumed in event locations only. • Glitter, confetti, and candles are not permitted decorations. • Arrangements for vendor drop off and set up must be made prior to your event. • Damaged or missing items will be added at retail cost to the customer’s bill. • All food must be provided by a licensed caterer. Proof of license must be obtained prior to event. • All music must end no later than 9 p.m. All activities must conclude by 10 p.m. • A deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve the date and is non-refundable. • Final facility costs and bar costs are due 30 days prior to event date. Only bar costs are refundable in the event of cancellation.
