Terms and Conditions Making a Booking A £350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, along with the signing of your wedding contract which will be presented to you by the DoubleTree by Hilton appointed wedding co-ordinator. Packages are subject to change, if your package changes between enquiry and confirmation stage please note this may result in a price increase. Once your deposit and signed contract is received your package price is fixed.

Confirmation of Numbers and Payment Final numbers, details, table plans and final payment are required no later than 7 days prior to your wedding date. This confirmation of numbers and payment is nonrefundable, numbers may only increase subject to catering requirements and at the discretion of your wedding coordinator. Payment for any additional guests is required immediately. All prices are based on minimum numbers detailed within the wedding packages. You may make payment towards your final wedding contract balance as you wish.

Cancellation Policy The deposit paid at the time of booking to secure the wedding date is non-refundable. If cancellation is made more than 4 weeks but less than 6 weeks prior to the date of the function 50% of the provisional estimate of function value is required. If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to the date of function 100% of the provisional estimate of function is required.
