PRESS CONFERENCE

Please let us know if you are planning to launch a new product at the OutDoor. The deadline for sending us your novelties is July, 7th 2016. Afterwards your novelties will be published online only. .

If you intend to hold a press conference during the event in Friedrichshafen, we would need some information in order to best coordinate these events. We will list the times of all press conferences and provide the media attending with this information. Please inform us as to when you would like to hold your conference so that we can make sure conferences are not held at the same time.

PRESS BOX IN THE PRESS CENTER

We ask you to note that exhibitors are responsible for organizing their own event and inviting the media. The rental of a conference rooms costs 120 EURO.

The exhibitor is responsible for checking and refilling the press box. All other facilities at the Press Centre are only available to accredited journalists. Costs per exhibitor are EUR 50,00 (plus VAT).
