With a private bottle bar available, two concealed big screens, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, this room can seat up to 35, or for a dramatic dinner or meeting we can seat 25 around a single classic full-length banqueting table.

THE GALLERY UP TO 30 SEATED | UP TO 50 STANDING Perfect for drinks and finger buffet style events. This semi-private area has access to the garden terrace and the lively atmosphere of the main bar.

THE BASEMENT BAR UP TO 15 SEATED | UP TO 25 STANDING Ideal for an intimate drinks focussed get together, this space gives you access to your own bar.

THE LOWER RESTAURANT UP TO 45 SEATED | UP TO 80 STANDING Great for both seated and standing parties, this area has both direct access to the garden and a small dance floor.

THE MEZZANINE UP TO 60 SEATED | UP TO 150 STANDING This area is suited for larger parties, baby showers, weddings and funerals, both seated and standing. With a lovely view and access to our terrace and landscaped gardens, this private hire space offers you and your guests a little bit of exclusivity. A station pub with a local heart THE PRIVATE DINING ROOM UP TO 75 SEATED | UP TO 100 STANDING Our versatile function room is situated on the first floor and has a fully stocked bar, separate toilets and kitchen, perfect for a private get together or meeting. The room has full AV equipment available, projector and screen or 50” HDTV - the projector screen is on the TV - microphone and WI-FI, and can be arranged in a variety of layouts.

The private dining room is available throughout the week for a pre-arranged minimum spend. Monday & Tuesday £500, Wednesday £600, Thursday £800, Friday £1000, Saturday £800. The Theodore Bullfrog is closed on Sunday, however we do open for large private whole venue hire events - minimum spend £2000.
