DOUBLE-BELT PRESSES SCATTERING MACHINES
Innovative. Efficient. Versatile. SUSTAINABLE. Worldwide.
Technology for a sustainable future!
The TPS Advantage!
For more than 20 years we have been designing and manufacturing scattering machines and double-belt press systems for worldwide operation. In this context we consider ourselves as a system supplier – we manufacture and assemble turn-key plants for you. Thanks to our long experience in business you get much more than “just” a plant. We are ready to act as your consultant at any time and are always at your service for the development of new products and applications. For tests or scale contract production, take advantage of our facilities. The research work is done in our company-owned Technology Center (TTC). Customer service is essential for us. A global network of company representatives ensures geographical proximity to our customers as well as short response times. This is achieved with the help of our qualified and motivated staff, providing the basis for any successful enterprise.
Technology for a sustainable future – Experience the difference!

Double-Belt Press – Technology Perfected By means of the TPS’ Double-Belt Press homogenous plates can be produced from thermo- and duroplastic material. We offer different modules which generate linear and surface pressures to consolidate and calibrate the material. The plants will be designed in accordance with your requirements. We build customized machinery with belt widths between 800 and 3,300 mm.
The heat energy input is effected by means of thermal-oil, electrical heating cartridges, water or hot air.

The Right Technology To Meet All Your Requirements We will provide you with the right technology, adapted to your process-related requirements – from a depressurized laminator to a press generating the highest surface pressure. The TPS’ Double-Belt Presses in combination with the SANDVIK Steel-Belt Presses offer the widest range of laminating lines and press systems in the industry.

CombiPress – Isochoric press with fixed rollers
CombiPress – Isochoric press with circulating rollers
CombiPress – Isobaric press with hydraulic pressure cushion
CombiPress – a combination of two market-proven technologies The combination of the TPS’ Double-Belt Press with the SANDVIK Steel Belt-Technology will optimize production processes which require higher pressure.
+ Contact pressure of 5 to 20 bar possible + Specifically developed belts for different material requirements + Efficient energy consumption + Attractive investment volume ensuring fast Return on Investment (ROI)
ADDITIONAL MODULES FOR THE DOUBLE-BELT PRESS – to extend or complete your plant You can extend the Double-Belt Press by adding one or more modules. Each module can also be installed into your existing plant. + Precision scattering units for all kinds of bulk material (granules, powder, fibres ...) in scattering widths from 300 – 5,000 mm + Jet-Stream-Heater – efficient system for a partial plastification of bulk material to complete the Double-Belt Press technology + Winding stations – for winding and unwinding of web material
Our plants are designed to produce quality products from a wide variety of materials, qualities and sizes. Our innovative use of energy is our technological advantage.
Sustainable – efficient: the TPS’ Jet-Stream-Heater The partial plastification principle, in which only the surface of a polymer particle pile or a fibre-matrix is heated to melting temperature, has proven highly efficient. It has been awarded by the “Innovative Award for the climate and the environment” (IKU). As complement module for the Double-Belt Press higher production speeds can be achieved. + High material throughput per time unit + Significant energy savings + Processes are optimally adapted to your product requirements + Processing of thermoplastic granules of any kind, or filaments in fleece compositions
