HOW TO USE THIS MENU

Choose from our different catering options: The Signature Picnic Buffet is our most economical choice for your event. We will have all food ready for you to pick up in disposable pans and all the necessary small wares and utensils to make your event run smooth, seamless, and most importantly delicious. The Teton Express Buffet is different in the fact that we will deliver the food and set up on-site in disposable pans and let you enjoy your event. The Grand Buffet offers a higher level of service. It includes delivery, setup, and an attentive staff to oversee your event. This Buffet option can be held either at our fine establishment or whatever venue you choose in beautiful Teton Valley. Each Buffet features a variety of choices for side dishes and add-ons. For more elegant events, we offer a full, Knotty Pine Custom Buffet that provides an endless array of menu choices and staffing options. THE GRAND BUFFET Our professional staff will set-up a complete buffet with chaffing dishes, served temperature controlled food, and remove the buffet following your meal. Buffet service includes an on-site caterer during the one-hour serving time to handle and clean the buffet line, provide tables and skirting, and set-up an attractively decorated buffet. This buffet can be held at our establishment if less than 50 people for no extra fee, if more than 50, please call for quote. For 50-200 people we can cater your event at whatever venue you choose. If venue is outside of a 30 mile radius from our venue additional charges will apply.

RESERVATION POLICIES Minimums & Group Size Our menu is based on minimum guest numbers. However we will gladly accommodate smaller groups with custom pricing. Booking While most events we cater are planned far in advance, please don’t hesitate to contact us on short notice. We will do our best to acclimate your group. Delivery Charge Unless your group falls below the minimum number of guests, no delivery charge will be assessed within a 30-mile radius of our establishment. Events outside the radius will be custom quoted. Headcount To provide you with the best service possible, we require that you provide us with a final guarantee of the number of guests planning to attend by 10:00 a.m. three business days prior to your event. Confirmation Agreement To ensure that our customers know all details regarding the services we will provide them with, all catering events will be finalized with a signed confirmation agreement. This required agreement is designed to both protect our customers and prevent misunderstandings that may arise. Payment Full payment is due at the time of the event. For larger parties a deposit may be required. Tax Prices do not include Idaho or Wyoming sales tax. To accommodate tax-exempt organizations, we respectfully ask that you submit documentation prior to making your payment. Pricing Unless otherwise noted, all prices are subject to change without notice. Service Charge An 18% service charge will be added to food and beverage for all serviced catered events.
