This Job Aid provides guidance for using the Workplace Investing functionality on the WealthCentral® platform, with an overview of commonly used features.

Accounts Overview
The Accounts access layer provides an interface through which you can locate and access the customer accounts you want to work with. Learning to use this powerful tool enables you to view your customers’ account details and helps you service your customers better.
Clicking on Accounts opens an access layer that displays your firm’s accounts.
Quick Search
Perform a quick search by entering all or part of an account number in the search field at the top of the Accounts access layer.

Navigation Panel Overview
You can easily access other account information right from the navigation panel. It breaks out all areas of information for quick access to such items as:
Summary Positions Balances Order Status History Order Tickets/Fees Tools
Access the navigation panel by clicking on the Account number menu.

Positions Overview
The Account Positions screen provides details about the holdings for a selected account to which you are authorized. From the Navigation Panel, select Positions under the Positions header.

Balances Overview
The Balances window provides detailed information about an account to which you are authorized. From the navigation panel, select Balances under the Balances header.

The Balance window provides the following information: 1. Amount: Displays the total of all the participant’s source balances in the retirement plan. 2. Plan ID: Displays the numerical identifier for the retirement plan. 3. Plan Name: Displays the name of the retirement plan. 4. Source Number: Displays the numerical identifier for the source of funds (e.g., Employee Non‐Elective, Employer Matching) for the retirement plan. 5. Source Name: Displays the source of funds (e.g., Employee Non‐ Elective, Employer Matching) for the retirement plan. 6. As of Date: Indicates the date and time of the contents that displays.

History Overview
The History window provides account‐level transaction history, including buys, sells and dividends, on an account as of each account’s last Trade Date or Entry Date during a chosen time period (up to 90 days) and as far back as 24 months. From the navigation panel, select your desired History time period:
Your Default Today and Yesterday Last 5 – 90 Days
The History window displays with Account Transactions listed.
Groups Overview
Using Groups helps enable you to manage smaller, related subsets of your accounts so you can handle any associated workflows more efficiently. Fidelity WealthCentral provides a number of default groups, such as All Fidelity 403(B)/401(K) Accounts; you cannot rename, edit, or delete these default groups.

Account-Based Groups
Account‐based groups are comprised of manually selected accounts. To create a new Account‐based group do the following: 1. Click Create a New Group.

The Add New Group window appears.

2. Provide a group name. 3. Find accounts based on Account #, Last Name, or Custom Name. Save your group when finished.

Criteria-Based Groups
You can create groups that use certain criteria to define its member accounts. This feature is helpful when grouping together accounts with similar criteria and goals. Criteria‐based groups use fields from the account list. Criteria‐based groups are created on the same Add New Group window.

1. Provide a group name. 2. Select the Account Types to be included as part of your criteria. 3. Assign your statements which include field, condition and value. Save your group when finished. NOTE: Criteria based groups are refreshed nightly to ensure the members
meet the criteria specified in the statements.

Order Tickets/Fees Overview
Using Workplace Investing, you can create rebalance and exchange orders and change the elections for individual 403(b) and 401(k) accounts and groups containing these accounts. You can also submit your advisor fees to Fidelity for processing. Order tickets can be accessed through the navigation panel under Order Tickets/Fees or you can access them the following way:

1. Click > Trade menu 2. Select > Workplace Investing 401(b)/401(k). 3. Select the appropriate ticket from the list. When you access an order ticket from the navigation panel, the account is automatically prefilled for you.

Exchanges Order Ticket
You use the Exchanges Order Ticket to create an exchange from one fund to up to thirty funds in an individual 403(b) or 401(k) account or all 403(b) or 401(k) accounts within a group.

1. Account information appears at the top. If you did not access the ticket via the navigation panel, perform an account search. Click the drop down menu next to the account number to switch to a Group search. This will allow you to perform exchanges across all accounts within the selected group. 2. Exchange From – The fund that you want to exchange from. You can exchange dollars, shares, or holding percentage. 3. Source – Active link that produces a Source Selection pop‐up. The Source Selection window contains a list of sources available to the account. Select one specific source to use or All Sources. Source drives the funds available. This defaults to All Sources for groups. Use the Enter/Select Funds drop down menu to choose a specific plan from those available. Choices are contextual based on the group. 4. Exchange To – The fund(s) that you want to exchange to. Based on source selected. Verify the order and then either save it to the Workplace Investing Unsent Orders List OR send it to Fidelity for processing and display it in the Workplace Investing Sent Orders List.

Elections Order Ticket
Using the Elections Order Ticket adjusts how future contributions are invested in the account; it does not alter how the existing funds are invested today.

Click the drop down menu next to the account number to switch to a Group search. This will allow you to perform exchanges across all accounts within the selected group. 2. Source – Active link that produces a Source Selection pop‐up. The Source Selection window contains a list of sources available to the account. Select one specific source to use or All Sources. Only one selection can be made. Source drives the funds available. This defaults to All Sources for groups. Use the Enter/Select Funds drop down menu to choose a specific plan from those available. Choices are contextual based on the group. 3. Elections – Populates based on Source selected. Enter new percentages in the fields within the New % column. Verify the order and then either save it to the Workplace Investing Unsent Orders List OR send it to Fidelity for processing and display it in the Workplace Investing Sent Orders List.

Fees Order Ticket
Use the Fees Order Ticket to submit a request to deduct fees from one or more Workplace Investing 403(b)/401(k) accounts. You may enter up to thirty (30) requests on a single ticket.

1. Enter the account number that you want to assign the first fee to. 2. Enter the Fund name or perform a search using the Lookup tool. 3. Enter the fee amount for that fund. 4. Save the Order. If any errors exist, they will be flagged for correction. You must correct any errors before you can proceed. Upon saving, your fee order is sent to the Workplace Investing Unsent Fees List where they are batched. Once in the list, you can send the batch to Fidelity for processing. Fidelity will then mail you a check when the fees are processed. Although you can send them at any time, you typically send these fee deductions requests to Fidelity on a quarterly basis.

Rebalance Order Ticket
You use the Rebalance Order Ticket to rebalance the funds in an individual 403(b) or 401(k) account or all 403(b) or 401(k) accounts within a group.

Portfolio Modeling & Rebalancing Overview
To access this tool, go to the Navigation Panel and select Portfolio Modeling & Rebalancing under Tools.
The Model List screen is the default page and displays with a list of all models within your firm.
Models represent a set of securities whose investment objectives you want a particular account or group of accounts to match. You can define a model either by creating a new one or by basing it on an existing model. To create a new model:

Models > Workplace Investing 403(b)/401(k) > Create Model.
Create Model
Use the Create Model screen to create a new model. The model can be one that is entirely new, based on an existing model, or based on the holdings of an existing account.

1. Model Name – Provide a Name for your model. 2. Select Funds From – Select Plan(s) is an active link. Click on this link to access plans. 3. Funds – Add funds. These are based on the funds available through the selected plan. 4. Tolerance – Set Tolerance as desired. 5. Save – Save & Assign model or Save Model. When you click Save & Assign, you are automatically directed to the Manage Model Assignments screen, which is described next.

Assign Model
Use the Manage Model Assignments screen to assign, reassign, or unassign accounts or groups to/from a model. Access the Manage Model Assignments screen by selecting:
Models > Workplace Investing 403(b)/401(k) > Manage Model Assignments.

The steps in managing model assignments is clearly laid out on the screen. 1. Find – The first step is to search for accounts or groups that you want to assign to a model or to search for accounts or groups that are already assigned to a model. 2. Select a Model to Assign – Next you will find a model to assign. Click the Lookup button to display the Model Lookup screen. 3. Select Accounts or Groups to Assign or Un‐assign – The results of your search display here. Filter this list by selecting the Display Un‐assigned Only checkbox to show only accounts and groups that are not assigned to a model. Select one or more groups or accounts to move to the Selected List. These are the accounts or groups you want to assign. Perform another search to populate the Available List. Click Assign to Model when you are done making your selections. A confirmation message appears.

Rebalance
Use the Rebalance Accounts screen to create a new rebalance workflow. Access the Rebalance screen by selecting:
Rebalance > Workplace Investing 403(b)/401(k) > Rebalance Accounts

1. Select Group, Account or Model from the drop down menu. 2. Use an assigned model or select a new model. Click the Lookup button to launch the Model Lookup window. Accounts will display in a list. 3. Send Instructions to Fidelity for processing.

Sent List
Use the Workplace Investing Sent List to track the fee, elections, exchange and rebalance orders you create and send to Fidelity. Access the Sent List by selecting:
Trade > Workplace Investing 403(b)/401(k) > Sent

1. The dashboard is separated into three sections: Orders, Elections and Fees. The total number of items for each section is represented by a number under the sections name. Click on each section to display its contents list. Access the Unsent List 2. You can attempt to cancel orders in this list if they have an Open or With Errors status. Fidelity will cancel the orders on a best effort basis. 3. Create New Orders, Elections or Fees by clicking the New button. This button is contextual. If you are on the Orders list, you will have the option to create new Exchange or Rebalance orders. The Elections list displays a New Elections button, and Fees displays a New Fees button. 4. Single click an order to display a Details area below the list. This section contains information pertaining to the highlighted order.

Unsent List
Use the Workplace Investing Unsent List to track the fee, elections, exchange and rebalance orders you create and save. Access the Unsent List by selecting:
Trade > Workplace Investing 403(b)/401(k) > Unsent

1. Like the Sent List, the dashboard is separated into three sections with a shortcut to the Sent List. 2. Select any order and Edit/Delete/Send/Lock/Unlock it. 3. Click the New Order/New Election/New Fees button to display the Exchange, Election or Fee ticket respectively. 4. Single click an order to display a Details area below the list. This section contains information pertaining to the highlighted order. Associated Orders/Elections displays all orders and elections associated with the highlighted entry. Orders and elections are batch‐related and interdependent, meaning making a change to an entry impacts the orders or elections associated with it.
