“For the 11 months that I was unemployed, I made your computer bank my second home. I was there almost every day, searching for jobs, tailoring my resume, writing cover letters, sending out thank you emails when I returned from interviews. … I finally got a great position. I began a wonderful full-time paid job in my field. I am now National Volunteer director for the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America. I sincerely thank all the librarians who were so very nice to me. Their “hello,” friendly smiles and prompt help made those 11 months bearable. They welcomed me day after day. Never rolled an eye. Always laughed at my jokes. They helped me keep my chin up and my spirit high.” - Frank Sala
