July 1983 to June 1989: Executive Director and Chief Psychologist, Nova University Community Mental Health Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Serve as Director of a university-based community mental health facility providing outpatient, emergency, residential and consultative services to a catchment area of over 600,000 with a budget of approximately 4 million dollars. Responsibility for the development of clinical programs integrating service, training and research within the School of Psychology; fiscal and personnel management; oversight of clinical services; public relations and grant writing; Chief Psychologist of APA-approved clinical internship and oversight of practicum site serving students from the Nova University' s School of Psychology.
