What You Will Learn: Product Knowledge: You will be able to answer guest questions

about coffee, including where Dunkin’ Donuts coffee comes from, how to describe the taste, available flavors, sizes, and home brewing tips.

Product Preparation: Here you will learn how to grind the beans, brew fresh coffee, and assemble each cup with sugar, dairy, and flavors as requested by the guest, along with how to replace and refill the dairy dispenser tanks.

•D  o NOT pre-grind to ensure the fresh aroma and taste of the coffee.

•B  efore brewing, check that the carafe or server is empty and clean. •W  hen the coffee is brewing, do NOT dispense coffee from the server or remove the carafe. •W  hen the drip out is complete, immediately dump the grinds, rinse the brew basket, and wipe down the spray head. •N  ever add old coffee to new coffee. This will expire both batches.
