I. User Set-up Super User

The B2B site requires each account to have a primary user registered. The primary user is called a Super User . The Super User is able to access all options available on the B2B website regarding your company’s Sprecher + Schuh account. These options include viewing all orders, tracking orders, setting up sub-users, viewing negotiated price agreements and ability to order products (when available). This person should be chosen wisely as he or she is in charge of your entire Sprecher + Schuh account online. To set-up a Super User, you must visit the B2B website and choose New User Signup . Your request will be verified by Sprecher + Schuh’s Marketing Team and your Sales Representative prior to receiving a username and initial password. This process typically takes 1 to 2 days (if not less).

Sub-Users Sub-Users are set-up by the Super User. There can be multiple Sub-Users. These users are

able to have the same capabilities as the Super User. Their access to these capabilities are dependent on the Super User. Sub-Users are not required to register through the B2B site. If they do, they will receive a notice that their request has been forwarded to their account’s Super User for set-up.
