CCL Products has recently set up an Agglomeration and Packing facility in its Plant situated in Switzerland, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Grandsaugreen S.A., with latest technology, having a present production capacity of 3,000 MTs per annum. This enables CCL Products to cater to the European market with short lead time.

State-of-the-art Coffee Manufacturing Technology CCL Products has adapted Swiss and Brazilian Technology, from world renowned pioneers in turnkey Instant/Soluble Coffee technology at its state-of-the-art soluble instant Coffee Manufacturing Plant. This adaptation of technology has enabled CCL Products to produce international quality soluble coffee, which is currently being exported to more than 58 countries across the globe. CCL Products has outstanding infrastructure facilities, at its soluble instant coffee manufacturing plant, to manufacture Freeze Dried Coffee, Spray Dried Powder, Agglomerated Instant Coffee, as well as Freeze Concentrated Liquid Coffee, with a current combined capacity of more than 20,000 MTs, per annum. CCL Products has the distinction of setting up India’s Àrst Freeze Dried Instant Coffee Manufacturing Plant in the year 2005. CCL Products also has the ability to supply Flavoured coffee, Decaffeinated coffee, Organic coffee, Rainforest coffee, Fairtrade coffee, Dual and Triple certiÀed coffee as per the required speciÀcations of the customer, and can also offer customers the option of highest quality customised products.
