Welcome to Elements Spa at the Hilton Palm Springs The elements of earth have touched our body, mind and spirit for centuries. Now we are bringing them to touch you at Element’s Spa at the Hilton Palm Springs. Spa guests are encouraged to arrive early to indulge in a eucalyptus infused steam and refresh in the state of the art Swiss shower. The Swiss shower creates a unique experience by combining an overhead shower and 9 adjustable body jets. Our resort Spa is a journey through the elements, allowing you to experience rain, wind, fire, and air within our nine unique treatment rooms, including three couples’ rooms where you and your partner can experience these elements as one. Element’s Spa offers an assortment of spa services, including body, facial, massage, nail, hand and foot treatments. Elements Spa also offers bridal packages, group packages, and gift certificates. Health Considerations - Please alert our spa concierge when you make your reservation if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies or any other health conditions we should know about. Reservations - To ensure your desired time and service, we recommend you reserve your appointment in advance. Please call 760-318-8528 or extension 445 from the Hilton to reserve your service. Cancellations - We require a three hour notice to cancel without charge. Any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within 3 hours prior to appointment are subject to 50% charge. No shows will be charged at the full scheduled session rates. How early should I arrive for my spa treatment? - We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. To optimize your spa experience, arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy a quick eucalyptus infused steam and shower to prepare your body and mind before your spa services begin. What do I need to bring? - We will provide you with a robe, slippers and a private locker for your personal belongings. We recommend that you leave any jewelry or valuables at home or in a safety deposit box (available at front desk). Must I disrobe entirely for a treatment? - Please disrobe to your comfort level. Undergarments are not necessary but can be worn if you choose. Our therapists are trained professionals and know how to drape a sheet or towel over any area not being treated. Service Charge - 20% service charge will be added to all services and distributed to the staff. Ask our spa concierge if you have any questions. Other Considerations -To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone while in the spa, and keep conversations to a whisper. Smoking is not permitted in the spa and consumption of alcohol is not recommended before or after a treatment. To help us customize your spa experience, please communicate with your spa professional. Your comfort is important to us, so please let us know if we can adjust the temperature of your spa room, music volume, pressure depth during your massage, or any other concern. Preparation - Most services do not require any preparation but a few require a little groundwork before arrival. Waxing: Please make sure hair is at least 1/4 of an inch long for a successful wax treatment. Any hair longer than 1/4 of an inch needs to be trimmed prior to arrival or a trim fee will be added to waxing service. Services involving exfoliation: Shaving is not recommended before any exfoliation. Also, sun exposure should be limited prior to service and extra sun protection is recommended after.
