Stir in half of the crumbled cheese and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, according to taste. But remember: the leek has already a spicy taste. When the leek-mixture is cool enough, stir it slowly in the Sojade-mixture. 4. Pour the dough in the baking form. Spread the second half of the crumbled cheese over it and bake for about 45 minutes, until brown. Let it cool in the form. Cut in slices and eventually warm up before serving.
