ongratulations on your engagement! The Park City Club specializes in planning weddings that provide cherished memories to last a lifetime. The Club is nestled in the heart of the prestig ious Park Cities/Preston Hollow area of Dallas. The Park City Club is a private city club located on the 17th floor of the Sherry Lane Place Building and offers a spectacular 30-mile view of the Dallas skyline and sur rounding metroplex. Situated near the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Northwest Highway, the Club is within 5 minutes of more than 10 area churches.

Reservations and Payment Information A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1,500.00 is required to reserve space, along with written confirmation. Fifty percent (50%) of all estimated charges are due 60 days prior to the event date. The remaining estimated charges are due by 5:00 pm on Friday, one week prior to the event. A membership is not required to host your wedding reception at the Club. Credit cards are not accepted for payment.

Room Fees A closing fee of $1,500.00 will be required for any event booked in the Main Dining Room/Library; and $750.00 The Club can accommodate for the Grill and Highland receptions up to 500 guests or Rooms. Food and Beverage The Park City Club will tailor make menus for your specific tastes and a per person price will be established. Beverage packages are available by the hour, or can be billed on a consumption basis, by the drink or by the bottle. The Club provides all food and beverage. Minimum food and beverage requirements will apply depending upon the date, time and number of guests expected. Our wedding consultants will provide a total estimate of all charges.

Wedding Party Departure The Park City Club will provide silk petals to be thrown on departure in the Club or in the building lobby downstairs. A charge of $75.00 (plus tax) for silk petals will be assessed, which includes cleanup. No petals are allowed outside the building. Due to building regulations, birdseed, flower petals, rice, and other potentially damaging materials are prohibited.A complimentary gourmet wine basket will be prepared for the bride and g room upon depar ture.

Outside Suppliers The Park City Club welcomes outside suppliers and will coordinate the arrival times and setup requirements. The Club provides all food and beverage with the exception of wedding cakes. The Club can provide an extensive list of recommended suppliers of cakes, flowers, entertainment, photographers, etc. upon request.

Cake Cutting Service The Park City Club provides professional cake cutters and servers at no charge.

Linens, Decorations, and Setup The Club provides all skirting and linens for tables as well as standard setup at no additional charge. Special requests or extensive setups may incur additional fees. Bud vases and votive candles can be provided at no charge; however, florists and designers are welcome. The Main Dining Room includes a built-in parquet dance floor. A portable, dance floor is available at an additional charge. Specialty linens are available at an additional cost. Ceremony set-up and coordination is an extra charge. T.A.B.C. A one-time fee of $5.00 (plus tax) will be charged to any non-member host serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (T.A.B.C.).

Parking & Security A parking charge will be assessed to the host. Ask your wedding planner for details. The Sherry Lane Place parking garage provides four floors of covered parking, as well as two levels of handicapped parking. A security guard is stationed in the lobby during evening events. Guarantee The final attendance number must be communicated to the Catering Department by 5:00 pm Friday of the week prior to the reception. This number will be considered the final guarantee and not subject to reduction.The bill will be based on the number of guests actually served if it is greater than the final guarantee. Liability The Club will not be responsible for personal property brought to the Club. The Club will not be responsible for building operations provided by Sherry Lane Place Building Management Company; or any adverse actions caused by “acts of God”, members or guests.
