Located in the village of Harrison Hot Springs on the southern shore of Harrison Lake, the Resort provides everything that a destination wedding requires. From rehearsal dinner to hair and makeup in Healing Springs Spa, garden wedding amidst beautiful backdrops and a wedding banquet that embraces friends and family in celebration. Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa looks after everything, while you look after yourself. The Forum Ballroom is the perfect venue for a classic reception; the room provides a romantic backdrop that embodies the history and ambiance of the Resort. For a grand gala the Conference Center is the perfect option, overlooking beautiful Harrison Lake it embodies the combination of contemporary and natural splendour that is the Resort. Inspired by local ingredients our Chef has created a variety of menus that tempt the taste buds, from formal plated dinners, grand buffets and contemporary cocktail receptions, the options are endless. Wedding Guidelines CEREMONIES Your wedding ceremony will take place in the beautiful Resort Gardens. Included in the ceremony fee are white bistro style chairs, signing table, water station, arbor, use of the Resort sound system and microphone as well as non-exclusive access to the Resort Gardens for photography. Kindly note tossing of flower petals, confetti, birdseed, rice etc. is not permitted. In the case of inclement weather, an indoor back up space will also be reserved for the ceremony. The decision for an indoor or outdoor ceremony will be made in conjunction with our banquets team two (2) hours prior to the ceremony. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Food and beverage prices plus applicable taxes (subject to change) and service charges are confirmed three months prior to your event date. All food and beverage, with the exception of wedding cakes, must be provided by the Resort. The Resort offers a wide variety of wine, liquors and beer for your reception; all beverages are charged on a consumption basis. For any bar, should consumption fall below $300.00 net sales, a bartender fee of $40.00 per hour, per bar (minimum 4 hours) plus applicable taxes will be applied. Requests for corkage fees are respectfully declined. DECOR Access time to decorate your reception room will be confirmed by your Catering Manager thirty days prior to the event. Should earlier access times be available these will be noted by your Catering Manager three days prior to your event. Note that early access times are not guaranteed and are confirmed at the discretion of the Resort. The use of nails, glue, tape and or any other materials that may damage surfaces is not permitted. Rose petals, confetti, glitter or any other materials are not permitted in the Gardens or banquet rooms. Arrangements to deliver décor to the Resort prior to your event date may be made with your Catering Manager. Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa does not maintain storage space and does not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods stored before, during, or after the event. Wedding cakes and fresh florals are to be delivered the day of the event directly to the reception room and or bridal suite as cold storage is not available. PHOTOGRAPHY Photographs may be taken in any of the Gardens and or public areas of the Resort, suggested locations can be advised by Resort staff, the Gardens and Resort are available on a non-exclusive basis for photographs.

Wedding Guidelines MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT The Resort accommodates live music or a DJ until 12:00AM, all music must be turned off at that time. In consideration of Resort guests all music will be controlled at the discretion of Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa management. In the event of noise complaints from in-house guests as a result of music after 12:00AM, any financial compensation incurred by the Resort will be billed to the Wedding Master Account. GUESTROOMS A selection of guest rooms may be held under your wedding name (ie: Smith/Jones) and made available for your guests to book by calling the Resorts Reservation Department. Guest rooms will be held until 45 days prior to your event date, after which time guest rooms not booked will be released from your room block, guests would then book based on availability and at regular reservation rates. Check in time is 4:00 PM – for wedding ceremonies taking place before that time, we recommend that your guests check-in the day before or arrive in their wedding attire the day of the wedding. Changing facilities are not available. BOOKING YOUR EVENT To reserve your date - a non-refundable deposit in the amount of twenty-five percent of the estimated food and beverage charges for your reception is required. Your credit card will be held on file for a guarantee of any additional charges. A second deposit of the total estimated charges plus applicable taxes and 18% service for your reception is required thirty days prior to the event date.
