This majestic country estate is the ideal setting for conferences. Six meeting rooms can be adapted for small intimate meetings to large gala dinners for up to 200 delegates. The tastefully refurbished retreat boasts 72 beautifully appointed rooms featuring views of the golf course or superbly landscaped gardens. When the work is done there’s still lots to do – billiards, tennis, golf – or just luxuriate in the endota spa. Montfort’s Dining Room offers scenic views and a delectable menu. A variety of conference activities can be arranged in this area surrounded by National Parks, wineries and other interesting attractions. Peppers Craigieburn is just one and a half hours drive from Sydney and Canberra.

Carrington Room (Belmore & Fitzroy combined) Looking out to our beautiful gardens and surrounds and leading on to a private terrace area ideal for drinks and breaks, this room features ample natural light along with a ceiling-mounted data projector and screen. Alexander Room This versatile room is an ideal pre-function area for the Belmore Room or as an intimate boardroom or breakout room. Belmore Room Featuring abundant natural light, this room looks out to our beautiful garden and surrounds. Room includes a ceiling mounted data projector and screen.
Fitzroy Room This room features lots of natural light, a projector screen and leads on to a private covered terrace for drinks or breaks. Oxley Room Opening out to the retreat’s stunning grounds and filled with natural light, this room also features a private covered courtyard area. Capella Room Perfect as a secretariat, breakout room or small boardroom you can also utilise the room’s own private lounge area.

Golf Play Peppers Craigieburn’s 9 hole private golf course or the 18 hole Mt Broughton Golf Club at Peppers Manor House. Endota Spa Indulge with our unique program of workshops. Visit our onsite Endota Spa for a soul soothing massage or inspire your delegates with a program designed just for them – “Yoga”, “A new / better you”, “A plan for me” or “The Business Way” to name a few. Cheese Tasting FoodPath Culinary Tours offer three options for cheese tasting for groups. These can be provided along with wine tasting at a local winery. The cheese is sourced
from local cheese makers, which appeals to the current interest in regional produce and eating “close to the farm”. Tastings can be on site at Peppers Craigieburn or off site at an alternative venue, whichever suits.

Includes the Amazing Race, Murder Mystery, the Wine Olympics, Survivor, Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting, Corporate Drumming and more. Campfire Kick back and relax after dinner around a campfire within the retreat grounds. Sip on a hot chocolate with marshmallows or indulge in an after dinner glass of local red wine. Montfort’s Dining Room is a modern restaurant featuring stylish decor. Private dining Choose from one of our function rooms for your dining event or alternatively Montfort’s Dining Room which can cater for up to 90 guests. The Fitzroy Terrace area, featuring splendid views of the retreat’s surrounds, is also popular for alfresco dining or a casual BBQ if you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere.
