On behalf of the American College of Physicians, Florida Chapter, we would like to extend an invitation to you to participate at the FL Chapter ACP 2015 Annual Scientific Meeting. The Program Committee is busy planning an excellent scientific session. The meeting will be held on September 11-13, 2015 at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, Tampa Florida. This event presents an opportunity to reach a large assembly of Florida internists and subspecialties, with the Florida Chapter representing over 6,700 internists in the state. Our goal is to have a meeting which is mutually beneficial to Florida internal medicine physicians the companies that support the FL Chapter ACP. The exhibit hours are planned around the sessions to ensure opportunities throughout the weekend to meet with the all of the attendees. FLACP Exhibit Policies
Things to Remember:
Exhibits are limited to those whose products and services are of interest to physicians in internal medicine.
The fee for the exhibit space in 2015 is $1,500 for one sixfoot table in the exhibit hall at the hotel on the same floor as our meeting rooms. You will be centrally located in the registration area, between the breakout sessions and the general session, which will ensure a good flow of traffic. In addition, the morning and afternoon breaks will be placed in the exhibit area.
Full payment is required with your signed application to reserve booth space. Upon receipt of payment, exhibitors will receive an exhibitor kit outlining instructions for shipment and any special needs, such as internet access and electricity. (fees may apply)
Cancellation Policy Once a formal application has been received; cancellations must be submitted in writing, no later than three weeks prior to the opening day of the meeting. A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. If no notification is provided, applying company will be responsible for the entire exhibit fee.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor if the exhibit requires additional services from a decorating company.
