American Public Works Association Gulf Coast Branch “Annual Fall Conference 2016”

Dear Merchant: On October 19, 20 and 21, 2016 the American Public Works Association, Mississippi Chapter, Gulf Coast Branch is hosting the annual Fall Conference in Biloxi, MS. This event will bring Public Works professionals, engineers and vendors from throughout the State down to the Gulf Coast for the three (3) day event. On Wednesday, we will be hosting a golf event and a Shrimping and Museum Tour for all registrants followed by an evening meet-n-greet reception. Thursday will begin with a 7:30 am registration followed by opening remarks and then speakers on various topics until 3:00 pm. There will be a break until 6:30 pm, at which point an all-you-can-eat Shrimp Boil will be provided. Friday’s sessions will begin around 9:00 am and end at 12:00 noon so all participants can either travel back home or stay and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast for the weekend. We are asking for donations from you, which will help make this conference a great success. Examples of items we are looking for are: • • • • •

We are a non-profit organization managed by its membership. The prime objective is to protect, promote, educate and inform its members, customers and clients of concerns and interests in the Public Works field.
