WDW-50E Computer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine WDW-E Series is a new kind of electronic universal testing machine produced by TIME-Shijin Group, which adopts the most advanced and reliable ball screw electric mechanical load frame structure. The driving system adopts AC servo timing system and motor from Panasonic Co.Ltd.of Japan. The PC controlling system is able to realize the close-loop control of the parameters such as loading force, specimen deformation, and crosshead stroke etc. The system realizes the screen display, online diagram drawing, testing curve changing, pile curve collation and auto analysis of test results, creation of test report. Especially, the application of the control mode can be manual control or computer programming control which makes the cyclic tests become available. By switching simply of different accessories, WDW series Universal testing machine can make tests on most of materials and components to suit your needs.

Standards: meets or exceeds the requirements of the following standards: ISO 7500-1, ASTM E4, EN10002-2, BS 1610, DIN 51221, ISO6892. Loadframe: Use two rigid pilot column, upper crosshead, medium crosshead, working bench, accurate ball lead-screw. Designed as double testing space, gate stype structure, tension test executed on medium crosshead, compression and bedning test executed below medium crosshead. The construction ensures that load frame has enough rigid, meanwhile, realize high efficient, smooth, steady transmission.

Measuring system: 1, Use Japan Panasonic AC servo motor and driving system, performance more stable and reliable, Timing rate upto 1:100000. 2, With over voltage, over current, overspeed, overload protection functions, equiped limitation switch, emergency stop device. 3, Closeloop control available, different control bode like constant velocity testing load, constant velocity displacement, constant velocity strain, constant velocity loading cycle, constant velocity deformation cycle. All these functions is available through TIME SHIJIN Inner controller-DirectlTM. 4, After test, manual or automatic adjust the crosshead return to origional position with high speed. 5, Electric control wire strictly conform with ISO standard, with high anti-jamming function, ensure the controller stability and test result accuracy.

Software: Software package be suitable for data acquisition, control, data analysis, report generation, and automatic printing. Window based software shall be suitable for control of tension, compression, bending, shearing and low cycle fatigue tests testing of rubber, plastics and composite materials.

The main software features shall include: 1, Multi authorization management, different grade authorized operator has different operation limitation. 2, Rea-time measure and display testing load, peak load, displacement, deformation etc. , high speed sampling under WINXP system. 3, Testing curve like, load-deformation, load-stroke, load-time, stress-strain, stress-time, stressstroke, stress-deformation etc., real-time display. 4, Easily store, setting and loading the test parameter to realize mulit-transducer in one UTM. 5, Various control mode, include open close control, constant velocity stroke, constant velocity load, constant velocity stress etc. . 6, Functional programming control mode, user can conveniently edit customized test program.。 7, High accuray test result data such as Elastic modulus (E), yield strength (Re), tensile strength (Rm), non-proportional extension strength (Rp), total extension strength (Rt), fracture percentage elongation (A), percentage elongation at Max. 5. Manual or Program control of test process WinWDW Software provides multi functional control mode: Stroke & Program. In stoke control mode, operator can defined customized test speed to conform with different test standard. Preset limit position and return position will secure the safety and return the crosshead automatically after test finished. In program control mode, the testing machine is controlled by conditional programs, operator can input each condition to regulate test process, software can realize constant parameter control through this function.
