Rotary Room, one of our smaller spaces perfect for meetings and small gatherings, can accommodate up to 25, projector available, built in counter space, handicap accessible. $75*.

Rotary-Lichty Gallery Rotary-Lichty Gallery, clients looking for a mixture of indoor and outdoor space can add the deck onto their Rotary rental, accommodates up to a total of 125. Extra seating can be requested. $180*.

Media Gallery, a space perfect for small meetings and for hosting birthday parties due to its location down the hall from the Phelp’s Youth Pavilion. Handicap accessible and can accommodate up to 25. $75*.

Facilities Guide 

Hurwich Room, a mid-sized room that can accommodate 30, equipped with a projector, only a few steps from a kitchen, and can be divided into two separate rooms when the dividers are pulled shut. An extra few step must be taken to access the room for those with limitations. $80*.

Hurwich Room Visual Arts Studio, a mid-sized room that can accommodate 40, close proximity to the Phelp’s Youth Pavilion, handicap accessible, built in counter space, fridge available to store drinks. $120*.

Hurley-McCoy Deck Visual Art Studio

Hurley-McCoy Deck, clients can add the deck to expand the Visual Arts Studio to provide indoor and outdoor space, overlooks the Cedar River, fixed seating, more seating can be requested, accommodates 100. $180*.

Riverside Sculpture Plaza, an outdoor space located outside the Schoitz River Rooms along the Cedar River, commonly used for wedding ceremonies, fixed seating, extra seating can be requested, accommodates 150, prices vary for weddings. $160*. 2

Facilities Guide  Frank E. Watkins Foyer, clients can utlize our grand foyer to host their event in a space that is at the center of our facility, located next to the Laughing Tree Café and our galleries, accommodates 125. $250*.

Petersen Town Hall, a large space that accommodates 165, close proximity to a kitchen, built in stadium style risers that commonly are used to elevate wedding parties and performers, handicap accessible. $250*.

Law Court Theatre, located within our galleries, Law Court Theatre offers fixed seating for 72, accommodates 125 in all, handicap accessible, built in projector, no food or drink allowed because of the surrounding art. $200*.

Hope Martin Theatre, used primarily by the Community Playhouse for various productions, may be rented upon availability, fixed seating for 368. $650*.

Schoitz River Rooms I-III, a large ballroom that can accommodate up to 250, 3 projectors available, customizable lighting, access to an industrial kitchen. Dividers can be used to divide the room into 1/3 or 2/3 for a smaller space. Costs vary for weddings, see Wedding Guide. 1 room, $120*. 2 rooms, $250*. Full room, $400*.

RiverLoop Facilities Amphitheatre/Arts Mall, clients looking for wedding can take place at the Amphitheatre that is located right along the Cedar River next to our center. Fixed seating in stadium style, handicap accessible from bike path, close parking, can accommodate up to 3000. $1000*.
