Washington Trails Association holds two large events each year: Hikea-Thon in summer, and Northwest Exposure in fall. Hike-a-Thon is WTA’s largest annual fundraiser, encouraging hikers to “make their miles count” by helping raise money to support trail maintenance projects across the state. Northwest Exposure is WTA’s largest resource drive by holding a statewide photo contest to collect imagery for use in Washington Trails, Trail News and on wta.org. You can support WTA by being a prize sponsor for any of these events. Hike-a-Thon awards prizes based on a variety of hiking achievements; Northwest Exposure awards prizes in five different photo categories.
