Ein System aus zehn abgestimmten Farben in einer Reihe von unterschiedlichen Formaten: PURE LINE bietet dem Gestalter Möglichkeiten für unterschiedlichste Räume. Die puristische Anmutung seidenmatten Betons in Verbindung mit einer Vielfalt an Strukturen erzeugt sowohl in großen als auch kleinen Flächenverlegungen eine unverwechselbare Wirkung. Die harmonisch abgestimmten Farbreihen ermöglichen diverse Farbkombinationen, wobei sich sowohl dezente Ton-in-Ton-Verlegungen als auch starke Kontraste realisieren lassen.
A system of ten harmoniously coordinated colours in a range of different formats, PURE LINE offers the designer a wealth of possibilities for a wide variety of different rooms. The puristic look of silk matt concrete combined with the diversity of structures creates a unique effect no matter whether used for small or large areas. The harmoniously coordinated colour ranges enable diverse colour combinations including both muted tone-in-tone designs and striking contrasts.

Nachhaltiges Bauen
Sustainable building
Fliesen von Villeroy & Boch entsprechen in allen Aspekten den geforderten Parametern, die international an „Nachhaltiges Bauen“ gestellt werden. Weltweit sind unsere Fliesen in Architekturprojekten vertreten, die sowohl von der deutschen DGNB als auch von dem amerikanischen LEED oder dem britischem BREEAM klassifiziert werden. Die geschlossenen Herstellungsabläufe, bei denen neben traditionellen auch hochmoderne Technologien – wie beispielsweise Digitaldruck – eingesetzt werden, entsprechen höchsten umweltschonenden Standards. Alle verwendeten Rohstoffe für Massen, Glasuren und Pasten sowie auch für die Verpackung der Fliesen werden unter strengen ökologischen Gesichtspunkten beurteilt. Der gesamte Herstellungsprozess vermeidet umweltschädigende Emissionen in Wasser, Boden und Luft. Wärmerückgewinnung und kontinuierliche Energieeffizienz-Maßnahmen ebenso wie eine umweltbewusste Abfallbewirtschaftung zeugen von der Umweltverträglichkeit unserer Produktion. Die entstehenden Abfälle werden zu mindestens 85 % einer Wiederverwertung zugeführt. Das Produktionsabwasser und die darin enthaltenen Feststoffe werden dabei nahezu gänzlich wieder genutzt. Durch die Wärmerückgewinnung kann der CO2-Ausstoß um ca. 3000 Tonnen pro Jahr reduziert werden. Neben herstellungsbezogenen Aspekten sind unsere Fliesen auch durch die Langlebigkeit ihres Designs international für „Nachhaltiges Bauen“ anerkannt.
Tiles by Villeroy & Boch meet every aspect of the international parameters required for “sustainable building”. All over the world, our tiles feature in architectural projects that are classified by the German DGNB, the American LEED and the British BREEAM. The closed manufacturing processes that include both traditional and state-of-the-art technologies, such as digital print, meet the very highest environmental standards. All raw materials used in the ceramic mass, glazes and pastes, as well as for packaging the tiles, are evaluated according to strict ecological principles. The entire manufacturing process avoids emissions into the water, soil and air that would have a detrimental effect on the environment. Heat recovery and continuous energy-efficiency measures, as well as environmentally-aware waste management, are testimony to the environmental compatibility of our production. At least 85% of the waste produced is recycled. The waste water generated by the manufacturing process and the solids it contains are almost entirely reused. Thanks to heat recovery, CO2-emissions can be reduced by about 3000 tons per year. Not only manufacturing considerations but also the lasting quality of the designs of our tiles earn them the “sustainable building” accolade at international level.

Die EMAS-Validierung Als erster deutscher Fliesenhersteller unterzieht sich V&B Fliesen an den Produktionsstandorten Merzig, Mettlach und La Ferté-Gaucher dem derzeit strengsten Prüfsystem für Umweltkriterien EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme). Gefordert ist ein kontinuierlicher, leistungsorientierter und vor allem regelmäßig messbarer Optimierungsprozess, in den auch die Mitarbeiter einbezogen werden müssen. EMAS validation V&B Fliesen was the first German tile manufacturer to participate in the EMAS (Eco-Management and Audit Scheme), currently the strictest test system for environmental criteria, at Merzig, Mettlach and La FertéGaucher. It calls for a continuous, performance-oriented and regularly measurable optimisation process in which employees must also be involved.
