We recommend using a lift while installing the Kit.
Protect and clean any mounting surfaces on your vehicle.

Remove Mercedes toe links by removing the two bolts that attach the bracket to the sub-frame and the single bolt that attaches the arm to the wheel hub • Attention: If you want to proceed with fine tuning options you should measure the stock difference of both ends (Procedure Below) Bolt the Renntech toe link bracket to the sub-frame using the supplied hardware • Torque bolts to 115 Nm Bolt the toe link arm to the hub using the original Mercedes bolt and supplied conical spacers. Place one spacer on each side of the heim joint with the smaller side in contact with the joint. • Torque bolt to 115 Nm Align the car using the factory specs for rear toe • Tighten both jam nuts on the toe link and assure alignment angles are still within spec.

Measure the stock position of the link and write it down: To achieve a similar bump steer behavior locate the RENNtech toe link joint on bracket and move the link center line to the same distance as the OEM link. For achieving a different behavior, follow the optional fine-tuning instructions outlined below:

A bump steer adjustment option is available by moving the connection bar up or down in the above picture for fine tuning. Ensure measurements are taken without the vehicle running to minimize vibrations and ensure consistent results. Position the toe link joint in the center of the hole on bracket above. Measure distance on car with normal load Measure distance on car with loaded trunk (min. movement should be ~2inch lower to achieve proper results. Check List! Ensure that all components are mounted correct.
Check bolts to make sure they are torqued properly.
