CREATION OF SENATI It was created by law, on the initiative of the Peruvian National Society of Industry , in December 1961. Function : to educate and train the operating workforce performance in the industrial & manufacturing maintenance jobs. Industrial enterprises have been paying monthly self- imposed taxes as one important means of voluntary contribution for educational purposes of SENATI . SENATI was created as a private management autonomous institution , conducted by a National Board composed mainly of industrialists.
