Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £10.00 per adult to secure your booking within seven days of holding the dates. All deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payment.

You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage preorders, and submit meal pre-orders, at least two weeks prior to the event you are attending. For groups of 80 up to 170 people, host your private party in one of our function suites at no additional charge. Together with traditional Christmas spirit and our entertaining DJ, this will be a night to remember! The evening starts with drinks at 7:00pm in our Heathrow Foyer with dinner at 7:30pm.
