ABOUT VCHA The Ventura County Home Care Association (VCHA) is a non-profit organization, established in 1990 to enhance and promote the various services of the home care community. Membership in the VCHA includes all organizations who provide or facilitate services and/or care in the home setting. All members of the VCHA are of the highest integrity. Each member adheres to the VCHA Code of Ethics, which outlines our ethical standards for professional conduct, as follows: 1.
