Welcome to VBankWorks®. This guide is designed to help you begin using VBankWorks, Online and Mobile Banking in a few easy steps.
Learn how to manage your accounts and pay your bills online at your convenience, anytime, any place.
Online Security Banking safely and securely with VBankWorks
Once online, we use 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for your protection. We also have an enhanced feature to make your online banking experience even more secure. Multifactor Authentication provides an added layer of protection against online fraud by requiring a one time passcode when you login from an unrecognized computer or device to verify your identity and further authenticate access to VBankWorks.

Click Enroll, enter your information and follow the steps to complete registration. Once you’re approved, click the Sign In button, enter your Username and Password and click Sign In. You can change your password at anytime by clicking My Settings. If you forgot your Username or Password, you can reset it by selecting “I can’t access my account” after you’ve had an invalid login attempt. Getting Started (for Florida Residents)
Click the Online Banking tab. Select the Register Now button. Enter your information and follow the steps to complete registration. Once you’re approved, click the Sign In button, enter your Username and Password and click Sign In.

When you click the name of an account on your Account Summary page, the detailed history of the account will be displayed. A Quick Peek option is an easy way to view your most recent transactions.
Click headings to sort history by date, transaction type or amount
To view more transactions, enter a new date range
To export your account history to your desktop to import into Quicken® or any spreadsheet application, just click Export and choose your export format.

Bill Pay Once you have registered for Bill Pay and Presentment, you can forget about writing and buying checks. When customers register for bill presentment and pay with us, it does not eliminate your paper statements unless the customer has already opted for that feature with the creditor. Paying bills and receiving statements online is safe, secure, convenient, cost efficient and eco-friendly.
• Pay your bills when and to whom you want in the United States
• Schedule recurring payments for regularly occurring bills
• Pay your bills immediately or schedule them for a future date
• Receive online statements from your payees
Add Payees To setup your Payees, simply follow the steps below.

Type the name of the Payee or person you want to add

If the Payee is in our database, you only need to type in your account number and click Add Payee
If the Payee is not in our database, you will need to complete all of the required information
My Bills and People I Pay Schedule your payments for processing and view processed payments with these simple steps.

Scheduled payments will appear here and may be viewed, edited or cancelled
Note: Recently processed payments can be viewed below the Scheduled Payments section or by clicking on “view payment history” next to My Payments.
Edit and Cancel Payments Once you have scheduled a payment, you can edit or cancel it anytime prior to the time it is processed.
Click Bill Pay to edit a scheduled payment
Click Edit to change the amount, date or funding account Click Cancel to cancel the payment

Make a Transfer With VBankWorks you can transfer funds or set up recurring transfers to your other Valley accounts. Transfers may be added, edited or deleted at your discretion.
Move Money
Choose From and select the account you want to transfer from. Choose To and select the account you want to transfer to. The drop-down menus will show you each account’s number, the available balance, nickname and/or loan amount due
Type the amount you wish to transfer
Click Transfer Funds to process your transfer. You will have the option to confirm or cancel it on the next screen

Additional Services eStatements Provides you with an eco-friendly and expedited means for accessing your checking and statement savings account statements and eliminating paper statements. eStatements are presented in PDF format and are an exact replica of a formal printed paper statement. When your statement is ready you will receive an email to let you know it is available.
To enroll click
eStatements from the menu bar and accept the Terms and Conditions
After you receive an email notification that your statement is available, log in to VBankWorks and click eStatements.
Select the Account Number and Statement Month using the drop down menus and click Submit If you have an eStatement available, the following screen will display Click the Adobe icon to view your eStatement Click this link to view the back of your statement
Please note: Before closing an account, we recommend that you save all statements to your computer. If not, all records will be lost.

Mobile Banking and Alerts VBankWorks has the ability to send mobile and email alerts/notifications to keep you updated. Simply choose whether you want your updates periodically or based on your account balances. If you have a text plan, you may set up text alerts on your mobile phone. You will also need to know your wireless carrier’s text alert format and address. VBankWorks will automatically notify you daily, based on the criteria that you select. Message and data rates apply. Please contact your mobile service provider for any applicable rates and fees.

Allows you to set up alerts (account balance and low balance) and edit email and text information
Once enrolled you will be able to text bal (balance of primary account), bal all (balance of all accounts), bal chk (balance of all checking accounts), bal sav (balance of all savings accounts, last (last 5 transactions of primary account), stop (to deactivate), trans (type trans and amount to transfer from one account to another) or help to 454545.

Stop Payments Conveniently place a Stop Payment on checks that you write or have written by following these three simple steps:

All active accounts will display on this screen along with the current and available balances. To view transaction detail, touch/select the account title.

To process a transfer: • Tap/select From and select the account you are transfering the money from. • Tap/select To and select the account you are transfering the money to. • Once finished tap/select Transfer.
Using Bill Pay, you can: • Make single payments to payees previously set up in VBankWorks. • View, edit or delete pending payments.
Note: • Prior to accessing account using the Mobile App, you are required to enroll in VBankWorks. To enroll, please visit valleynationalbank.com from your desktop computer, tablet or smartphone.
