Engineered & Process Valves

About Cameron’s Valves & Measurement Group Cameron’s Valves & Measurement group is a leading provider of valves and measurement systems to the global oil and gas industry. Headquartered in Houston, Texas with manufacturing and service facilities worldwide, we serve our diverse customer base through four divisions: Distributed Valves, Engineered & Process Valves, Flow Management Solutions and Measurement Systems. The Engineered & Process Valves division provides large-diameter valves for use in natural gas, LNG, crude oil and refined products transmission lines. The traditional CAMERON® fully-welded ball valve product line has been combined with the ENTECH™, GROVE®, RING-O®, TEXSTEAM™, TK® and TOM WHEATLEY® product lines. This broad offering has significantly strengthened Cameron’s ability to serve as a single source for a wide scope of customer requirements. The division also provides critical service valves for refinery, chemical and petrochemical processing businesses and for associated storage terminal applications, particularly through the ORBIT® and GENERAL VALVE® lines. These brands are complimented by WKM® and TBV™ valve products and considerably expand the scope of the division’s product offerings. Cameron’s Valves & Measurement group brings together the expertise and technology of the world’s premier brands into one single, industryleading entity. When you can choose Cameron, why would you choose anyone else? 2

Products CAMERON® Fully Welded Ball Valves • Forged Components • Light Weight • Compact Design • The T31 Incorporates PTFE lip seals and utilizes a rotating seat design for long life and minimal maintenance • The B8 is designed for corrosive and erosive service, and is available in a wide variety of materials and trims

GROVE® Top Entry & Side Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves • Forged Components • Available in various grades of carbon steel, stainless steel and high alloys • The wide range of material selections allows for the valves to be used in the most severe applications • Preferred by the oil and gas industry for both offshore and onshore

GROVE® & RING-O® Top Entry Gate Valves • The Grove G4 gate valves are ideally suited for services requiring block and bleed or double block and bleed • The G4 top entry design means easy maintenance • The G4 traditional field of application is in oil & gas transmission, distribution industry • The RING-O subsea gate valve is used in manifold and isolation applications

4

ORBIT® Rising Stem Ball Valves • Unique tilt and turn design with no friction • Soft and metal seated • Used in critical, high cycle and high temperature applications • Used in over 85% of the major LNG and natural gas plants in the world for molecular sieve service • Preferred by major process licensors for hydrogen service in refining applications, hydrotreaters and hydrocrackers

GENERAL VALVE® Double Block, Bleed Plug & Four-Way Diverter Valves • Used typically in liquid storage and transmission • The valve of choice in military and commercial aviation fueling systems • Provides bubble tight verifiable dual seal without seal abrasion • Four-Way Diverter valves primarily used in bi-directional liquid metering systems

5

Products RING-O® Subsea Top Entry & Side Entry Ball Valves • Engineered to order for pipeline, production and process applications • The valves are applied primarily in the subsea service, but are also available for surface applications • These valves are designed to meet specific customer requirements and are installed in some of the harshest environments in the oil and gas industry

TBV® Ball Valves • Originally known as the Titanium Ball Valve Company • Valves available in a wide range of sizes, pressure class, and temperature range • Superior capability in exotic alloys and specialty applications including cryogenic and autoclave mining applications • Valve capability extends across many industries including refining, petrochemical and LNG processing

TEXSTEAM™ Plug Valves • Preferred valve for manifold and production services in erosive environments • Sealant Injection, internal path to provide an emergency seal • Metal to metal seating, erosion resistant design • Top entry, inline repairable – no special tools or training required

6

TOM WHEATLEY™ Swing & Subsea Check Valves • Used in critical service applications worldwide. • The swing check design prevents backflow in a fraction of a second, and there is no need for expensive actuation • The subsea model features a unique, free swing clapper. If a reverse or critical pigging operation is required, the clapper can be manually, ROV or hydraulically actuated and held in a full open position

ENTECH™ / TOM WHEATLEY™ Nozzle Check Valves • Used for pipeline, production and process applications • The valves are applied primarily in gas compression applications • Non-slam valve that prevents reverse flow. The short stroke length reduces closing time and eliminates water hammer • Pressure lost with a nozzle check is minimal and has excellent dynamic performance

7

Products TK® Side Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves • High-integrity for over 40 years of reliable block-andbleed service for the oil and gas industries for severe service applications • Robust design, superior sealing surfaces and stainless steel overlays • TK also manufactures a Twin Valve which satisfies the double, isolation requirements as specified in most process safety management systems

WKM® TRIAX™ Triple Offset Butterfly Valves • Metal sealing as standard • Used in a number of high temperature and critical process applications • Provides tight shutoff for a lower cost than more traditional valves • Offers a unique patented simple and replaceable single piece seat design

8

WKM® Through Conduit Gate Valves • Two Styles: – Saf-T-Seal slab gate – Pow-R-Seal expanding gate • Typically used for mainline and manifold valves in liquid pipelines • Pow-R-Seals are frequently used for processes, double block and bleed service, and critical pipeline areas where safety or environmental concerns exist • Designed to API 6D
