Manage My Profile

Change Password. Change Email.

Select ‘My Profile’ to change your EMAIL and Account Password.

Address Book. Allows Customers to store and manage their own Customer Contact & Address details on the Nightline website. This functionality is available from the 'Address Book' menu option on the tool bar. Address and contact information will then be available to the user when booking collections.

Store and manage Customer Address & Contacts. Once entered details will be available to the user when creating further collections

Manage ‘Address Book’

Add a new address by clicking on the 'New Address' button.

'Address Book' can also be Added, Edited, Delete, Viewed by right clicking on the address grid.

Searching for & Booking Pickups

Two functions available: • Search Pickups • Book a Pickup

Pickup Search

Select Account from the dropdown menu Select Collection Dates

Advance Search. Facilitates reviews when Pickup Job Number or Your Reference is known.

Select the Pickup you require •Normal •Reverse Pickup •Third Party Pickup

We have changed the initial step in the book a pickup/collection process, this due to the fact that there is a lot of confusion when deciding on what option to pick when booking Reverse and Third Party pickups

Enter required information: •Pickup Date •Ready Time •Close Time •Your Reference •Alternative Reference •Pieces •Priority •Special Instructions

Collection can not be booked until all required information is provided.

Address Book Lookup. •Address Quick Reference This is the reference you uses when adding your customers details to your ‘Address Book’

•Search my saved addresses Allows you to search and select from your Address Book

•Default Address This is the Address you specified as your default collection address when adding your customers details to your ‘Address Book’

•Search my saved addresses Allows you to search and select from your Address Book

Book a Pickup – Step 3

Address Book Lookup. Select ‘Use this Address’ to pick the address for the pickup.

Booking Confirmation Mail A ‘Booking Confirmation Mail’ will be sent automatically to all email recipients added to the email distribution list . To add a new email recipients, enter the email address in the Recipient field and click the ‘+’ button to add to the list.

Book a Pickup – Step 5

‘Edit’ Pickup Details Pick details can be edited by clicking the ‘Edit’ button.

Pickup Confirmation. Click ‘Confirm Pickup’ to book your pickup.

Book a Pickup – Step 6

Once completed Pickup Confirmation details will be displayed. This will show the unique Nightline Pickup reference and generate an email to confirm booking.
