Purpose This guide has been created with the intention of showing steps that need to be performed when st new users log in to Straight2Bank for the very 1 time with new Straight2Bank Group Ids, User Ids and Passwords received from Straight2Bank Administration. This guide will also show easy to follow steps to perform: 1) “Forgot Password” link to reset password 2) “Edit Hint Q&A” to update answers to the pre-saved questions 3) “Change Password” after login to Straight2Bank.

1. User First-Time Login to Straight2Bank When the User ID has been successfully created in Straight2Bank, all new users will receive the .in the email account being specified. From : Standard Chartered Bank [[email protected]] To : Recipient Email Address Subject : Temporary Password Dear of , A new temporary Straight2bank login password has been generated for you. Your new temporary password: . Please use the new password to login to Straight2Bank with your assigned Group ID and User ID. [Should you have any queries or need further assistance, please feel free to call your Standard Chartered Bank representative.] Best Regards, [Straight2Bank Admin.]

User Login and Password Reset Guide With the new Straight2Bank Group Id, User Id and password, launch Straight2Bank login screen and perform steps shown below: • Enter Group ID • Enter User ID • Click Login

Enter the Temporary Password ( Received via Email ) Click Proceed

1 time login user will be directed to Hint Q&A Setup and the 1 time login user is required to select 3 questions and provides answers to the 3 questions selected. The answers to each question must be different and should be of at least 3 characters. • • • •

Select the question form the drop down list. Provide the answers to the question selected. Click Add Once 3 questions and 3 unique answers have provided – click Finish

Straight2Bank will prompt the 1 time user to change password by performing the steps shown below: • • • •

Enter Temporary Password (Received via Email) Enter New Password (Case Sensitive) Confirm New Password (Case Sensitive) Click Save

User Password Requirements:• • • •

Minimum password length is 6 alphanumeric characters. Password is case-sensitive and must contain both alpha and numeric characters. Password must not be the same as User Id. Password must not contain more than three repeating characters.

Subsequently, this will lead you to the Straight2Bank “Home Page”.

2. Forgot Password “Forgot Password” link is provided on the Straight2Bank login page after you enter you Group ID and User ID. Use this link to “reset” forgotten or lost password.



Click Forget Password

When this link is clicked, the following page will be displayed with one randomly selected question from the 3 challenges you have chosen with answers provided in the Straight2Bank Web. Perform steps listed below: • Key in the response. (Not case sensitive.) • Click Continue

If the response is wrong same question will be asked again till it reaches the maximum invalid attempts configured.

User Login and Password Reset Guide If the Response is correct, 1. Straight2Bank will generate a new password for you. 2. Password and User Name (No Group ID and User ID) will be mailed to you via e-mail to the e-mail address provided in your user profile. 3. You can login to Straight2Bank Web using the new temporary password received in the email. 4. You will be asked for the answer to the pre-saved question in Straight2Bank Web.

5. Once validated, you will be redirected to the change password screen in Straight2Bank Web. • • • •

Enter Temporary Password (Received via Email) Enter New Password (Case Sensitive) Confirm New Password (Case Sensitive) Click Save

3. Edit Hint Q&A “Edit Hint Q&A” button shall allow you to update your answers to the pre-saved questions, after you enter you Group ID and User ID.

Enter Password Click Proceed





Input the Answers. o The answers to each question must be at least 3 characters and all different questions must have different answers. There is no restriction in giving the previous answer as current answer to the same question. Click Confirm

4. Change Password For changing of password, proceed to click on ‘Change Password’ after login to Straight2Bank. •
